Liked We liked the camping site. Clean facilities and large pitches. Very welcoming owners. Nice and peaceful environment which had a fridge if needed. Lovely hammocks.

Liked We liked the environment and when we visited the pitches were evenly spaced out. We liked the outdoor seating area with the games area as well. The shower was hot but not much area to hang up dry clothing.

Disliked We did wonder why the scent from the toilet area was quite strong in the morning - presumably being flushed. There was no hot water for washing up. The silent time at 9pm made it impossible to.have a conversation easily as normally the quiet time in many camp sites would be 10.30am. But we liked the beauty of the campsite.

Liked We liked the remoteness of the woodland. The communal sitting room was quite well equipped, but could do with a couple sofa even recycled ones. Overall 9/10. Loos need larger bins for toilet rolls. Very hospitable, helpful and friendly leaseholder. Will definitely return.
