Disliked Everything needed to be booked by phone app, pool slide not working, bike hie shut, train broken down, bar service slow. On the whole a bit disappointing after a 3 hour drive and we were even put on the wrong pitches

From the manager: Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry that your stay was disappointing, especially after a three-hour journey definitely not the welcome you were hoping for! We understand that when several things don’t go to plan, they can quickly put a dampener on a holiday. Our activities do need to be booked in advance and can be booked 2 weeks before your arrival. We shout this from the rooftops through our website, email communications and social media, so guests have plenty of opportunity to plan their stay and book the activities they would like to enjoy.
