Liked The location of this site is PERFECT!! We were camping during the heatwave and having direct access from the site to the river and woods was perfect for our dog when we needed to cool her off. Love the waffles and wine night, pizza night and also the breakfast menu. Facilities were great and cleaned regularly. There is even a bath in the family wash rooms. They really did think of everything!

Disliked Warden wasn’t visible on the site in the evening. We were pitched by a very loud pitch that had no respect for others. We weren’t provided with an out of hours number to text etc to raise any concerns. While I could have walked up to the wardens house it would have been obvious it was me. Other pitches that raised concerns directly with them were meet with confrontation and aggression

Liked Beautiful campsite with spectacular views! Spacious pitches which are fully serviced with EHU and water tap We were on pitches where you can park next to your tent Plenty of CCTV on site which made us feel safe walking the dog late at night or if you were to have children on site. While CCTV and a warden going around the site may not be for everyone this was a huge bonus for us. This site is PERFECT for solo travellers also!! Staff really took pride in the facilities and grounds and were so friendly! This is a great place to stay to explore North Wales. Will most definitely be returning!

Liked Well kept site, toilet and shower facilities were spot on

Disliked No WiFi at your pitch only in the games room - dislike for some but I actually enjoyed disconnecting from the web
