Liked Excellent basic good value campsite very peaceful and handy for the Dover ferry. Arrived late in our camper. We were the only people there. Ivan the farmer met us and was v friendly with good ideas of where to eat. Quiet, nice views. Yes it's only a portaloo and no showers but they don't pretend otherwise. Level pitches. Good for our dog.

Liked Great views. Short walk to the beach. Nice big pitches. Toilets fine and showers great. Honesty shop with a few supplies including bottled water. They are very up front about not having fresh drinking water on site. We brought ours with us

Liked Lovely site. Very helpful. Toilets and showers excellent and very clean. Pretty level pitches. Good playground for the kids. Great views towards Lundy.

Liked Peaceful, beautiful field at the back of the pub. Dog friendly. Very good value. Basic - no showers, but they are upfront about this. Good modern outside toilets at the pub open all night. Friendly landlady.

Liked Great position a mile from Torcross and Start Bay. Huge pitches 10 metres square meaning lots of room for campervan and tent. Very good value. We stayed in the summer half term - it was windy and as the site is exposed at the top of a hill it does catch the wind. Most pitches on a bit of a slope. Really good showers. Two compost toilets - I do wonder if that would be enough in the middle of summer.

Liked Lovely stay. Quiet and peaceful. Owners very friendly and helpful. Toilets clean. Great level pitch. Very reasonable pitch fee. Mobile reception patchy but this was pointed out on the write up of the site. Look forward to returning.
