We’re sorry to hear that you noticed rubbish around the park. Our teams work hard throughout the day to keep the park clean and tidy, and we do have bins provided around the park for guests to use. We’d really appreciate it if all our guests could help us by using the bins provided and taking pride in the park during their stay.

We’ll share your feedback with the relevant team as we continue to keep on top of cleanliness across the park.

Tyckte om There wasnt anything I liked about the venue, the only thing we enjoyed was spending time together as a family

Tyckte inte om We was camping, the toilet and shower facilities was absolutely disgusting, so dirty, no hot water for showering, it was ice cold, the pool was absolutely freezing to the point I couldnt get in and my children look forward to swim when we go away and they could only handle the pool for 5 minutes, it was dirty. The whole park needs a deep clean. The activities was a massive let down. I made a complaint at reception and nothing changed.. when camping all we ask for is bear essentials like hot water and clean toilet and shower facilities.

Tyckte om Loads of activities for the kids, decent sized pitches. Plenty of toilets which the staff were trying to keep on top of so cleanliness was ok.

Tyckte inte om Electric scooters are a big problem obviously on this site as on numerous occasions we were nearly crashed into by a few individuals riding around recklessly including young children. Do think the site should do something about this rather than just saying there’s a clear ban for them. Dedicating a member of staff to keep on top of this wouldn’t be hard. Also £5 for 1 single swim nappy is completely out of this world so rethinking some of the prices for items they sell would also be a bonus. Apart from all of that it was a nice week

We completely understand your concerns around electric scooters and reckless riding, particularly when young children are involved. Electric scooters are not permitted on the park, and we do have clear signage and park rules in place. Our teams and security do challenge inappropriate use when it is seen, and we’ll make sure your feedback is shared with the relevant team.

Thank you also for your feedback regarding the swim nappy pricing. We’ll pass this on to the relevant team for consideration.

Tyckte inte om The toilets were never cleaned and stuff broken,slide in the pool not working cos there understaffed so they didn’t run it no lockers working ice cream van outside no whippy ice cream paddle boats broken so couldn’t use the staff they did have useless told no coffee in the lake house to find they did the lad didn’t wanna make them the app to book stuff didn’t work most things weren’t on it was horrendous interactive darts the darts boards didn’t work either tbh waste of money nothing fixed looks like it’s mega understaffed

Tyckte om The only thing i liked was it was close enough to walk to a decent pub

Tyckte inte om The campsite itself was very un kept, the pitches were not up to standard, the electric hook up was falling down so very unstable. The pitch itself had a lot of potholes in it, so when we reversed on to our pitch it was scraping on our exhaust , the bin area was very untidy and the toilets and showers could do with improving

Tyckte inte om Everything needed to be booked by phone app, pool slide not working, bike hie shut, train broken down, bar service slow. On the whole a bit disappointing after a 3 hour drive and we were even put on the wrong pitches

Från föreståndaren: Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry that your stay was disappointing, especially after a three-hour journey definitely not the welcome you were hoping for!

We understand that when several things don’t go to plan, they can quickly put a dampener on a holiday.

Our activities do need to be booked in advance and can be booked 2 weeks before your arrival. We shout this from the rooftops through our website, email communications and social media, so guests have plenty of opportunity to plan their stay and book the activities they would like to enjoy.

So things need cleaning.
There was a member of staff sat in the toilet block just chilling on his phone all day.

Från föreståndaren: Thank you for returning for your fourth visit and for sharing your feedback. It’s great to hear that you’ve noticed the upgrades, including the additional toilet facilities, cleaner pitches and the removal of the old slide.

We’ve also taken on board your comments regarding the new toilet locks and signage, as well as your concerns about the swimming pool lockers, heating and areas that may need some additional cleaning.

As for the team member enjoying some quality phone time in the toilet block… we’ll make sure the relevant team is aware!

Tyckte om The entertainment available and activities were great, good sized touring pitches, easy check in. Loved the Alpacha feeding. Liked the security around the touring pitches.

Tyckte inte om Hard to find the right Shell duck. The maps didn't give much help. There needs to be more toilet facilities by Shell duck 5 and the tents. Definitely not enough and cold water most of the time. The shop could sell more and be bigger as it's for the whole site, and there are no souvenirs, no fridge magnets or much merchandise.
