Positiv Everything, yes there’s hills, we were unfit before we came, fit now, toilets/showers, shop, perfect. Dog run not much, had a good night Saturday watching the show playing bingo, the views outstanding, beach’s lovely, everyone is lovely, tv none existent but we had a wire to plug into the main aerial, don’t expect the WiFi to work, but we have our own WiFi. But overall, lovely stay

Negativ The speed of the traffic, there’s no signs, so cars doing over the speed limit, unfortunately an accident with a poor rabbit

Positiv park very clean, staff lovely, toilets cleaned 3 x a day, swimming pool very clean. In fact one if the cleanest parks i have been to.

Negativ Our pitch under trees.if we can we will pick a pitch next time. No signal on our internet or tv due to trees.

Positiv The layout and the facilities were very clean and the site has beautiful views. The shop had a lot to offer at reasonable prices. Laundrette was accessible however needs more washes and dryers as not many for the amount of visitors to the park and had to wait a while to use them. Also visitors put washing in and leave it for the day. The arcades staff were amazing, especially "Lee" (The hat guy), who make our experience fun and nothing was too much other for him. He was very friendly and easy to talk too, also very helpful at times.

Negativ The camping pitches all slopped, full of rocks and holes making it difficult to walk and peg tents up. Water taps need nozzles to reduce wastage as the water sprays everywhere. The rules on walking across other pitches need implementing as kids games where moved around and ruined. Also at the side of our pitch (8G) people used it as a walk though with dogs disturbing our dogs and peace. Swimming pool was very shallow and not filtered though-out the day, it was cold and dirty which is not what's advertised. The pitches need more steps up and down for each pitch as its just a big drop to the road unless you use the steps allocated to the pods. The shop also needs to remain open later along with the shop in the entertainment centre. The take-way place needs to check the food its serving as the takeaway we had, the chips were under cooked and the chicken nuggets like rocks.

We appreciate your comments regarding the uneven and rocky ground, accessibility to the pitches, and the need for better defined access routes. We have also checked the swimming pool concerns raised in your review. Our records confirm that the pool was operating at the required temperature throughout your stay, with guests using the pool during this period, and the filtration system is continuously running. We’re therefore sorry that you found the pool cold or felt that it was not being filtered adequately, as this is certainly not the experience we aim to provide. We will, however, continue to monitor the pool closely to ensure it remains at the appropriate temperature and cleanliness standards.

We’re also sorry to hear about the issues you experienced with the takeaway food. We will pass your comments on to the team so that the quality of the food being served can be reviewed.

Positiv Lovely site, pitches are a great size, lovely beach, well stocked shop and really friendly staff in the sports bar and lounge .

Loved the liveliness and atmosphere in the touring zone.

We're sorry you found the Wi-Fi expensive. Wi-Fi is payable at your pitch but is provided free of charge throughout the complex, so we apologise if this wasn't made clear during your stay.

Positiv Pitch size was good, toilets abs showers were spotless, entertainment for kids was good.
Nice little cove beach.
Prices were very good for drinks, toys and snacks in the entertainment hall. Also takeaway food was very reasonable priced. Restaurant (sitting in) was pretty expensive but food did look good.

Positiv It was a lovely place to stay for the two nights and the toilet ,shower area are very clean and well maintained which is a must for us ,we have visited for the last 2 years now and would defo recommend it

Positiv Good admin/organisation relating to booking, pre-arrival communication. The site happened to be well positioned for the activities we had planned in the area. A very friendly and family friendly place. Facilities for washing etc were near our pitch. Electric hookup and water piped to the pitch was a useful combination. On site shop was good. Cleaners were busy through the day keeping on top of cleaning the facilities

Negativ Hard to avoid the traffic noise from A75 but it wasn't too troublesome at night
