Positiv The site was so clean and tidy, the showers are spotless and hot. Staff were friendly and visible throughout the day. Lots of play area for kids inside and out and plenty of lovely places to get the dogs out for their own adventures.
Id booked the wrong dates and the staff changed them for me without any issue or charge.

Negativ We unfortunately booked the same days as the cast of watership down. Rabbits everywhere - ordinarily this would be soooo cute but with reactive Bulldogs we struggled to avoid carnage. Thankfully no wabbits were harmed by our dogs.

Getting WiFi would mean signing up to PayPal so we didnt bother but there was an Internet cafe available

Although accessible the site is hilly so those with mobility issues like myself should consider this when booking, there are paths to every venue though

We had to smile at your description of sharing the site with the "cast of Watership Down" The local wildlife certainly likes to make an appearance from time to time, although we appreciate that this can be a challenge for guests with reactive dogs. We're glad to hear that no rabbits came to any harm and hope your Bulldogs still managed to enjoy their stay.

Our toilet blocks are cleaned twice daily and will be done again if we are notified that they are not up to someones expectations.

As our park is in a rural area we do have issues with WIFI and some mobile phone networks. We appreciate the feedback and will look into this to help improve the experience for future guests.

Positiv Gorgeous views and amazing beach cove if you are brave enough to make the journey. Excellent shower facilities. Lovely food with brilliant staff in a dog friendly restaurant. How refreshing!!

We do appreciate your feedback regarding the touring pitches and the hilly terrain. Our coastal location does mean the park is steep in areas but this does allow all to get great sea views but we understand that this may not suit everyone. Your comments are valuable and help future guests decide if they would choose to come to the park.

Positiv beautiful location and lots of activities on site for the whole family.

Negativ Pitches were quite small, we couldn’t fit our awning on it even though we gave our size specifications when booking. Not all the pitches are level either. Not to mention the ground was full of stones and rock hard making it difficult to put the pegs in.
Very limited showers, so can imagine it would be extremely busy trying to use them during peak times.

Positiv Entertainment was good. Location is outstanding. Toilets/showers very clean.
Shop was well stocked and priced well.

Negativ Its hilly for people with mobility issues.
Pool was quite run down.
Only 10 pence machines, we love 2 pence machines.
Costa coffee from the machine wasnt very nice.

We understand the park’s hilly layout may not suit everyone with mobility concerns, and we always recommend guests contact us before booking so we can make them fully aware that the park is on the side of a hill, it does give everyone a great view of the sea but yes can be a concern for people with mobility issues.

We have just recently refurbished the pool area so were quite interested to hear that you felt the pool was run down.
