La comida del restaurante-bar està muy buena y econòmica .
Las actividades són divertidas y adaptadas.

Disliked Las animaciones para los peques son muy escasas no tienen mini clup pagas por los perros y no tienen ni un misero pipi can, el spa no pueden acceder los niños pero no hay donde dejarlos entretenidos y sobretodo tener mucho cuidado si pagas con tarjeta te cuelan un donativo sin preguntar

Liked La animación y los trabajadores maravilloso.
Disliked Es una lástima el que te hagan sentir extraño en tu propio país, y es lo que esta gente hace. Este establecimiento esta enfocado exclusivamente para “sus clientes”…( ingleses, noruegos, alemanes..)
Unas instalaciones supuestamente de lujo, donde nos han devorado, literalmente los insectos, cosa que desde el minuto uno, pedimos que solucionaran. Hemos estado prácticamente incomunicados, porque la wifi no es suficiente para las instalaciones. Y para más… lleva desde el mes de mayo sin aire acondicionado en todo el complejo, ni restaurante ni gimnasio etc….
El señor propietario (extranjero por cierto) le preocupa más que se lleve una bebida …una Fanta de naranja…. A que sus clientes , españoles, que consumen … comen , desayunan, cenan… pasen, verdaderas calamidades de vacaciones.
Por cierto en la factura , figuramos como “ no clientes”
Demencial todo..!
Por cierto piense un poco en las personas con movilidad reducida con alguna discapacidad, sus instalaciones apenas lo contempla.

From the manager: Gracias por compartir su experiencia. Lamentamos sinceramente que sus vacaciones no hayan sido de su agrado y que la estancia no haya cumplido sus expectativas.
En nuestro camping recibimos cada año a familias de muchísimas nacionalidades, y trabajamos para que todas disfruten al máximo, independientemente de su país de origen. Sentimos que en su caso no lo haya percibido así.
Respecto a los insectos, nuestras instalaciones están situadas al aire libre, rodeadas de naturaleza, y es habitual encontrar la fauna e insectos propios de la zona. Aun así, siempre intentamos actuar con rapidez cuando un cliente nos comunica cualquier incidencia.
Sobre el aire acondicionado, tiene razón en señalarlo. Lamentamos no haber podido ofrecer este servicio durante su estancia. Tras la rotura de la máquina antigua, ha sido necesario cambiar todo el sistema, un proceso complejo que no puede resolverse en pocos días. Aun así, entendemos las molestias que esto le haya podido causar.
En cuanto a nuestra política de consumiciones, aplicamos la misma normativa que la mayoría de establecimientos de nuestro país. No pretende discriminar a nadie, sino garantizar un funcionamiento adecuado de las instalaciones.
También sentimos si la barrera del idioma pudo generar algún malentendido con nuestro equipo. Trabajamos cada día para mejorar la comunicación y la atención a todos nuestros huéspedes.

Disliked Wir wurden bei der Stromabrechnumg betrogen.
Laut Buchung über Pitchup war der Preis für die ersten 7 Tage incl. Strom, aber dem 8 Tage pro KW 0,50 Euro.
Am 7 .Tag haben wir nachgefragt und es wurde uns mitgeteilt der Zäher würde abgelesen und wir müssen dann für die.restlichen Tage zahlen.Heute.bei der Abrechnung müssten wir € 53,00 bezahlen für 100 KW.Unsere Nachfragen warum wir für 10 Tage bezahlen müssen wurde wie folgt beantwortet die Übersetzung von Pitchup sein falsch und wir müssen für die gesamte Zeit den Strom bezahlen.Wir hat uns hier betrogen ?
