Liked Facilities were good and very clean.

Disliked It felt very cramped. Roadways were narrow and not suitable for large caravans. Pitches varied in size. Some were quite small.

Liked Good base for Porto, particularly if you can drive to nearest metro.

Disliked -Hidden costs. We booked a pitch for a campervan. Pitch up says ‘bring your pup tent’, etc. There is no clear indication that/what items incur additional charges. There is no option to select additional items on the booking page. So we were surprised to be charged - at departure- for a tiny tent used by one of our children. It appears that staff check pitches for equipment and decide what additional charges to apply. As noted, we were presented with extra charges at departure (and we left a day early) and were packed up, so no opportunity to clarify or discuss. We were told by reception staff that ‘we should have told them’ about the tent, but there was no indication to do so in the booking, and no request at check in. Given the very chaotic nature of this site, I seriously doubt that costs like this are applied fairly and consistently. We have travelled extensively in the region and have never had the same experience. Orbitur staff need to amend details on Pitch Up to ensure that prices are clear at point of booking.
-In addition, the restaurant is not part of the site: like reception, staff were rude and unwelcoming eg., my child was given the wrong drink and staff shrugged, with no offer of replacement.
-Staff hook you up to locked electric boxes which means you have to find staff to un/hook you every time you move. If you have an electric box on your pitch, expect frequent and unannounced appearances from staff.
- Vehicles move very quickly through the site so need to be very cautious with young children.

We'd like to take this opportunity to clarify that the information in your reservation clearly states: "Touring caravans or motorhomes or tents, or trailers are allowed per lot," so only one item from the above list is included, and charging for the extra tent is fair. If the online booking process didn't allow for the inclusion of an extra item, the possibility of installing it should have been mentioned during check-in to avoid situations like this during check-out, as internal controls are performed on the installed equipments.

Regarding your early departure, your reservation also states: "No refunds/discounts for inclement weather, late arrivals, or early departures."

We apologize for the issues with the restaurant staff, although this is not Orbitur's responsibility (the restaurant is not managed by Orbitur).

Liked De schaduw, schoon toiletgebouw, zwembad en de koffie in het winkeltje.
Ook fijn dat er een verbinding is met de bus/metro naar Porto.

Disliked Vele vliegen op de camping en bij het zwembad.
Dat er 1 bus niet kwam omdat hij moest lunchen daardoor ruim een uur moeten wachten.

Liked Tylko obsługa jest ok. Reszta wymaga remontu dużo pracy!

Disliked Nie podobało nam się to, że jest brak przydzielonej DZIAŁKI, tylko trzeba sobie samemu szukać miejsca! Skoro wybieramy określony metraż parceli, piszemy przy rezerwacji, czym przyjedziemy, to powinna być określona działka/parcela! Z prywatnym przyłączem prądu, a nie, chodzenie i proszenie się, żeby ktoś otworzył z łaski swojej skrzynkę z prądem! Mając lodówkę, w niej jedzenie, kiedy ktoś Ci z łaski otworzy dostęp do prądu po godzinie, możesz jedzenie do śmieci wyrzucić. Same parcele też wymagają pracy, uporządkowania, wypoziomowania ich, bo co to za parcela, kiedy na jej środku jest mega dziura, czy pieniek po drzewie, który wystaje tak nad ziemię, że możesz miskę olejową w aucie urwać! Podsumowując, Camping ma rację bytu, ale potrzeba w niego zainwestować, dużo pracy wykonać, żeby był tajnym miejsce. Pracownicy, super ludzie, i chyba tylko to na plus niestety!

Liked Molto ombreggiata la piazzola ma non tutte lo sono . Consiglio solo la parte destra in basso del campeggio

Disliked La parte dell’ingresso è molto stretta e le piazzole adiacenti sono veramente strette non livellate e senza ombra.

Liked Camping muy familiar, tal y como aparece en las fotos, cuartos de baño limpios y con constante limpieza.
Está muy bien ubicado a 5 minutos caminando de playa, la piscina estupenda para los niños

Disliked Nada, nos dieron incluso facilidades para meter el coche antes de hora para poder ir a la playa sin tener que dejar el coche cargado por ahí
