On-site accommodation

Admission

• All guests spending the night at the park must present their ID at the reception desk and sign registration forms.
• Under 18s must be accompanied by their parents or legal guardians.

Arrivals and departures

• If the reception is closed on arrival, please check in at the bar entro le ore 21.30.
• Late arrivals must notify the park as soon as possible. Your booking will be held for 24 hours. After this period the management reserves the right to relet your unit.
• No refunds/discounts for inclement weather, late arrivals or early departures.

Changes to your holiday

• Changes cannot be made once you have booked.

Dogs

• A valid vaccination certificate must accompany your dog.
• Dogs must be kept on leads and supervised at all times.
• Guide dogs are allowed on site free of charge.
• The site does not accept breeds/crossbreeds listed in the Dangerous Dogs Act (i.e. XL Bully, Pit Bull Terrier, Japanese Tosa, Dogo Argentino, and Fila Brasileiro).
• The site only allows dogs up to 20kg.
• Your dog must be tattooed or microchipped.

Extras

• A charge of €0.25 (£0.21) applies for the use of the shower.

General

• Bookings are nominative and non-transferable.
• Discount cards and gift vouchers cannot be applied to bookings made via Pitchup.com.
• In the event of a complaint, please speak to reception immediately. Complaints which are not brought to the management's attention during your stay cannot be dealt with once you have left the site.
• Quiet (afternoon) hours must be respected between 2 p.m. and 3:30 p.m..
• Quiet hours must be respected between 12 a.m. and 7 a.m..
• Radio, music and TV players must be kept at a low volume. Car doors and boots must be closed quietly.
• The bar is open between 01/06 and 19/09.
• The management reserves the right to deny access or terminate the stay of those guests whose behaviour is deemed unsuitable. No refunds will be offered.
• The restaurant is open between 01/06 and 19/09.
• The site is not liable for any refund in the event of force majeure.

Hired accommodation

• Guests must bring their own duvets, pillows, sheets and towels when staying in rental accommodation. You will not be allowed to stay if you do not bring these items.
• Hired accommodation: €80.00 (£68.44) damage/cleanliness/bracelet deposit is required on arrival and will be refunded on departure after inspection of your unit should no damage/losses be found.
• No naked flames are allowed inside the hired accommodation units.
• The damage/cleanliness/bracelet deposit required on arrival can only be paid for in cash.
• Your unit must be left clean and tidy; a fine of €55.00 (£47.06) will be charged for unclean units upon departure.

Occupancy

• Bookings must not consist of more than 2 different households.
• No hen/stag parties permitted via Pitchup.com.

Pitches

• A cable measuring at least 4 metres is needed for the electric hook-ups.
• You must follow the management directives when pitching your tent/unit and related equipment.

Pool

• Please note there is no lifeguard on duty.
• Some facilities require the wearing of swim caps.
• The outdoor swimming pool is open between 25/05 and 15/09 (subject to weather conditions).

Reception

• If reception is closed on arrival: please contact the number provided on your booking confirmation.
• Reception is open from 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and from to between 01/04 - 30/06 and 25/08 - 30/09.
• Reception is open from 8:30 a.m. to 12 a.m. and from to between 01/07 and 25/08.

Safety

• Firearms are not permitted.
• Fires, barbecues and/or firepits will not be permitted in dry, windy and/or hot weather conditions.
• Guests are advised to bring a good quality torch with them as parts of the site are unlit.
• No electric barbecues allowed.
• Only one parent/child pair at a time may use each structure in the play area.

Vehicles

• Only one car is to be parked by the pitch. Extra vehicles must be parked in the designated area.

Visitors

• Visitors’ cars are not permitted on site.
• Visitors must leave the premises by 6 p.m..
• Visitors must register at reception and pay their fee.
