Lakeside holiday, anyone? Aranypart Camping and Apartments sits on the southeastern shore of stunning Lake Balaton – and you know what that means: direct access to a grassy beach and wild swimming, for starters, but also a multitude of watersports. So while you relax on the lawn, the more active members of your family can rent a pedal boat or a paddleboard, or have a go at the waterskiing course. There are plenty more active pursuits on site, with a volleyball court, ping-pong table, an outdoor pool (with comfortable sun loungers) and a playground for the kids. Your four-legged friend isn’t left behind, either: there is a dog park and a number of splendid dog-friendly walks in the vicinity. Speaking of which, an excellent way to explore the local area is on two wheels, which you can rent here. Where will your cycling adventure take you? Maybe to the nearby town of Siófok (five minutes’ drive or a 10-minute bike ride) or, if you have a bit more stamina in you, to the Lookout of Balatonföldvár (25 minutes, or one hour and 10 minutes by bike), part of a maritime museum. Alternatively, you might want to attempt the 26-kilometre loop that starts at Siófok’s Water Tower and leads you through the lush landscape surrounding the lake. Other activities include a lively children’s entertainment programme (from early July) and massages for stressed-out adults… Meanwhile, the on-site restaurant, with several buffets (including options for people with food intolerances), ought to relieve you of the headache of what to cook.

Disliked Toilet and shower building was very outdated en dirty. Everything on camping was closed unfortunatly

Liked ogólnie super, kuchnia , łazienki i ciepła woda, jest prąd, Balaton bezpieczny płytki dla dzieci, wiele atrakcji, ogólnie na plus wszystko

Disliked dwa dni była plaga owadów, można by nad tym popracować i zainterweniować, chodź przez około 2 godziny tylko sie nie dało wyjść z namiotu, proszę by wynająć kogoś do oprysków drzewa, ubikacji, lazienek

Liked Parcele ładne,w większości zacienione,klimat super,obsługa przyjaznie nastawiona (chętnie pomogą się dogadać kiedy nie znasz ich języka).Na każdej działce podłączenie do prądu i jest oczywiście bardzo blisko na piękną plażę gdzie nie ma niepotrzebnych sklepików i tłumów ludzi jak na targowisku.Bylismy z rodziną tylko na dwa dni żeby się przekonać czy zeczywiscie jest tak fajnie jak słyszałem,no i przekonałem się... JEST SUPER !! Gorąco polecam

Disliked Niektóre toalety i prysznice proszą się o odświeżenie bo chyba ostatni remont przeszły w latach osiemdziesiątych,zrzut nieczystości z kamperow usytuowany obok parceli z namiotami (żal tych ludzi którzy tam wypoczywają) i stanowczo za daleko trzeba nieść kasetę z nieczystościami która jest bardzo ciężka (trzeba przejść z jednego końca na drugi)

Liked A be és kicsekkolás nagyon gyors és egyszerű. A kemping tiszta, kényelmes és jól elhelyezkedő: a sátorhelytől 2 perc a tiszta, mindig felszerelt zuhanyzó/WC és a strand, ahova ingyenes a belépő. Árnyékos helyet kaptunk, a legtöbb szomszéd csendes volt, és van egy kisbolt is (drágán, de hasznos).

Disliked A kevésbé pozitív oldalon a legnagyobb hátrány az ár. Maga a kemping is drágának számít, és a kempingen belüli, valamint a közeli kisbolt ára is magas. A környékbeli éttermekről nem is beszélve. Ezen kívül a taxik felárasak, és még az elektromos rollereknél is számolnak fel plusz költségeket, így érdemes előre kalkulálni ezekkel a kiadásokkal.

Local attractions

In addition to resident meerkats and emus (among many other animals), Bella Zoo Park (five minutes’ drive) arranges camel and pony rides for both children and adults. There is also a bouncing castle and bubble football, which sees players running around the pitch (and into their opponents) safely enclosed within a huge inflated plastic bubble. A large swathe of woodland is home to Zamárdi Adventure Park (15 minutes), which has treetop courses and zipwires for all ages, plus a jumping tower, a maze and pond-based rides such as water dodgems and a water zorb for two people. A pretty village on the peninsula stretching into Lake Balaton, Tihany (one hour) is known for Levendula Ház Látogatóközpont (Lavender House), with exhibits on the cultivation of this fragrant, colourful plant.
