We hebben uw feedback ontvangen. We bieden zowel zittoiletten als open toiletten, afhankelijk van uw voorkeuren en culturele achtergrond.
We zijn ons ervan bewust dat onze toiletten niet modern zijn, maar ze weerspiegelen wel de eenvoudige geest van kamperen.

Disliked Accueuil déplorable au camping Le Lanfonnet: mobil‑home près de la route, fenêtre condamnée, bruit constant. Après réclamation, relocation proposée… avec un supplément de 48,50 €, alors que le camping était largement libre (~99 % disponibles). Ce sera la première et dernière fois que nous y retournons.

Nous vous avons proposé à votre arrivée un mobil home standard.
En effet la haie de thuya ayant pris de l'ampleur, la fenêtre est obstruée.
Nous allons voir pour un élagage après avoir réavancer la terrasse extérieure.

Le nouveau mobil home qui a vous a été attribué était un 30 m² pour 4 à 5 personnes et vous avez du faire le complément portant la somme totale à 553.20 € au lieu des 504.70 €.

Nous regrettons que vous ayez été dérangé par le bruit de la route mais sachez que nos autres mobiles homes étaient occupés sur la période.
Nous avions bien étudié l'option mais il était difficile de faire autrement.

Nous avons fait au mieux pour satisfaire vos attentes et le passage se produit plus aux heures de pointes. Votre retour d'expérience et insatisfaction est inapropriée et quelque peu disproportionnée.
A votre arrivée vous vous êtes montré particulièrement exigeant et impatient.

Nous faisons toujours au mieux pour apporter satisfaction et nous améliorer.

Liked Location, only a few yards from the lakeside. Boat trips available nearby to go to Annecy, and close to bus stop.
Friendly staff.

Disliked Shower block was horrible, cold, dark, cobwebby and a pull chain for the shower which gave about 30 seconds of water.
They really need to improve this facility.
The shop was very basic, the whole place is a bit run down and ramshackle.

We have received your feedback.
We would like to reiterate that the sanitary blocks are maintained daily by our team. Our blocks are partially open, and sometimes nature takes over. In the summer, we have to deal with a multitude of insects, but generally speaking, we manage these issues.

We have one or two old-fashioned showers with a chain in this first block, which certainly needs to be modernized.

Our team is vigilant in maintaining the entire site, and in some areas, the organization could be improved.
Please do not confuse the need for modernity and organization with the terms "cleanliness and ramshackle".

Our second block would certainly have been more suitable for you.

Liked Fabulous in every way! Location is brilliant. You’re close to the no. 20 bus stop which will take you around the lake and to Annecy. A two minute walk to the dock to pick up the boat which also takes you around the lake and to Annecy. Very friendly campsite, quiet, great pitches with water and electric. Very clean showers, toilets and washing facilities. A little shop and various good restaurants within easy walking distance. Selection of beaches very close. A great find. We will be back.

Our restroom facilities need to be modernized in some areas. The second block might have been more suitable for you. Our blocks are maintained daily and checks are carried out. We are therefore surprised by your feedback. Please do not confuse cleanliness with modernity.

In addition, you have many activities with external partners nearby for cycling, hiking, canoeing, first flights, and boating on the lake.

Our campsite aims to be simple and natural, above all, with a view to preserving the true camping spirit.

The price includes local charges and taxes.

Liked Location is good. Short walk to lake. Staff were very friendly.

Disliked Water in showers was lukewarm / tepid. No lights in dishwashing area / some of the toilets and showers so take a head torch.

Liked Dat we uiteindelijk een kampeerplek hadden was fijn, het personeel was vriendelijk en de ligging is perfect!,plekken zijn ruim genoeg.

Disliked De prijs is aan de hoge kant , het sanitair is sterk verouderd, schoonmaken kan ook beter, 1 persoon moet daar alles doen!

Bedankt voor uw feedback.
We hebben uw suggesties ter harte genomen. Ons team bestaat uit multidisciplinair personeel dat onze toiletten onderhoudt. Deze moeten op sommige plaatsen gemoderniseerd worden en worden momenteel gerepareerd. Een van onze medewerkers besteedt veel aandacht aan het onderhoud en voert af en toe controles uit. Afhankelijk van het weer kan het echter soms net zo erg zijn als in dit late regenseizoen.

De in- en uitgang is helaas lastig voor alle campings aan de oever van het meer, met het fietspad ernaast. Het is moeilijk om dit te vermijden, vooral omdat een laag muurtje het centrale pad naar een deel van de accommodaties van de camping verlengt.

Liked Great campsite, right by the side of the lake and also with a really good restaurant. It was my husband’s birthday during our stay and we were treated to a live band playing at the restaurant which was fantastic. Also impressed by that live music finishing on the dot of 10.30pm so no sleep disturbance.

Liked This was a super location, right on the edge of Lake Annecy, with access to cycle paths, swimming and water sports. The staff were friendly, especially the guy in the little shop. Facilities were reasonably clean, and functional.

Disliked Check-in process could be updated.
