Stayed 2 nights with my lad on the way back from watching the Euros. We are novice campers and loved it here. All the facilities are excellent and the leisure facilities are free to use. The showers, toilets and washrooms are spotless and with hot water. The pool is well cared for. There is a superb little bar and restaurant selling everything from ice creams to steaks, and draft beer is available. The hosts stayed open in the evening for us as well and were ever so friendly and helpful. Wifi is strong and available in the beer garden at all times. There is also a children's farm and and playground. I would recommend this site highly to people of all ages and would look forward to returning. There is also a lovely town 5km away with lots of cafes and restaurants , take aways and a large supermarket with a petrol station.
