Get set for castles, waterfalls and big days out in the outdoors… Domaine des Bruguières, a private 45-hectare estate surrounded by olive trees and vines, has just the place to kickstart it all. How you choose to holiday here is up to you: relax in the property’s garden, which is a quiet wildlife haven, or pick up the pace with the activities offered by the site nearby… What might these be? Well, you could captain a canoe or a buggy. If you’re attuned to travelling on two wheels, take a cycle instead. There are hikes around the estate for those who’d like to take it all in on foot. And an outdoor and indoor pool mean that you can feel free to take a dip whenever you wish too. As a glamping site, this isn’t the sort of place where you’ll be holidaying with the basics. Each accommodation unit has a terrace, a TV and a private bathroom. And what a location too… based in Entrecasteaux, just under 60 kilometres from Bormes-les-Mimosas, the Troglodyte caves of Villecroze are 25 minutes’ drive away and Fréjus is an hour’s drive away. The nearest airport is Aéroport du golfe de Saint-Tropez (an hour and 10 minutes’ drive), followed by Nice Côte d'Azur Airport (an hour and a half).

Local attractions

Craving simple adventures in the outdoors? Never fear, there are plenty of those to keep you occupied just a short drive from Domaine des Bruguières. With a medieval château and a river to its name, take your fishing gear to Carcès (20 minutes’ drive) or go hunting down its waterfalls, Falls Caramy (25 minutes). The Troglodyte caves of Villecroze (25 minutes) are simply splendid too, with a second waterfall (35 metres high, no less), oaks, pines, vaulted passages, bell towers, caves and fountains. Fréjus (an hour) may be further on, but it’s an excellent spot for simple manmade amusements, beach days or historical tours. Get those amusements at Luna Park Fréjus (an hour) and Aqualand Fréjus (an hour and five minutes), and then track down the Roman amphitheatre, aqueduct, cathedral and archaeological museum.

Arrivals and departures

Late arrivals must notify the park as soon as possible. Your booking will be held for 24 hours. After this period the management reserves the right to relet your unit.
No refunds/discounts for inclement weather, late arrivals or early departures.
The site will send you further check-in information 7 day(s) before your arrival.

Coronavirus

All onsite food and drink establishments are closed due to restrictions imposed by the coronavirus outbreak.

Dogs

Guide dogs are allowed on site free of charge.
