On-site accommodation

Admission

• Admission is only permitted after registering at reception.
• At least one of the party members must be aged 18 or over.
• Under 18s must be accompanied by their parents or legal guardians.

Arrivals and departures

• Late arrivals must notify the park as soon as possible. Your booking will be held for 24 hours. After this period the management reserves the right to relet your unit.
• No refunds/discounts for inclement weather, late arrivals or early departures.

Changes to your holiday

• Bookings cannot be amended within 30 day(s) of arrival.
• Modifications are subject to a €20.00 (£17.14) fee.

Dogs

• Dogs must be kept on leads and supervised at all times.

Extras

• Motorbike(s) can be brought instead of the car(s) included.
• Please select an electric hook-up if you wish to hire a fridge.

General

• Entertainment and activities are available between 13/07 and 20/08.
• Please note that the shower facilities are unisex.
• Please note that the toilet facilities are unisex.
• The management reserves the right to deny access or terminate the stay of those guests whose behaviour is deemed unsuitable. No refunds will be offered.
• The site is not liable for any refund in the event of force majeure.
• This is a quiet site: no music is allowed.

Hired accommodation

• Hired accommodation: a €395.00 (£338.54) damage/cleanliness deposit hold is required prior to arrival and will be released within 24 hours of your departure date after inspection of your unit should no damage/losses be found. The site will contact you for your card details so that the deposit is pre-authorised on the card used to make your booking.
• Hired accommodation: €95.00 (£81.42) damage/cleanliness/bracelet deposit is required on arrival and will be refunded on departure after inspection of your unit should no damage/losses be found.
• Your unit must be left clean and tidy; a fine of €95.00 (£81.42) will be charged for unclean units upon departure.

Occupancy

• No hen/stag parties permitted via Pitchup.com.

Pitches

• A cable measuring at least 15 metres is needed for the electric hook-ups.
• Pitches: a €100.00 (£85.71) deposit is required on arrival and will be refunded on departure when returning the gate badge/barrier pass/toilet keys.

Pool

• Only park guests are authorised to use the pool.
• Please note there is no lifeguard on duty.
• Swimsuits are obligatory and swimming shorts or Bermuda shorts are not permitted.
• The indoor swimming pool is open between 03/04 and 31/10.

Reception

• Reception is closed from 12 p.m. to 2 p.m.. No arrivals are permitted between these times.
• Reception is open from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. and from 1:30 p.m. to 7 p.m. between 03/07 and 28/08.
• Reception is open from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. and from 2 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. between 01/04 and 03/07.
• Reception is open from 9 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. between 29/08 and 01/11.
• Reception is unmanned after 7 p.m.. Please inform the site while on your way there should you expect to arrive after this time, so that the team can provide information about your unit/pitch.

Safety

• Firearms are not permitted.
• No charcoal barbecues allowed.
• Open fires are prohibited.

Taxes

• Local city/eco tax is included in the rate.

Vehicles

• Only one car is to be parked by the pitch. Extra vehicles must be parked in the designated area.
• The car is only included in the rate if you are travelling with a touring caravan or a tent. If you wish to bring a car along with your motorhome/campervan please select the extra.

Visitors

• Visitors’ cars are not permitted on site.
• Visitors must register at reception and pay their fee.
