Camping Le Valjoly

1. Free and chargeable facilities on site:
1a. Camping rates include the use of our tennis court, ping pong table, volleyball and pétanque courts but exclude access to the indoor and outdoor swimming pools.
1b. Accommodation rates include access to the facilities stated in 1a and the indoor and outdoor swimming pools.
1c. Access to all other extra facilities (excluding the toilet blocks) and activities are subject to variable extra charges.
1d. To gain access to all facilities on site, you must purchase a Passjoly badge (€1.50 per booking). Please note that one Passjoly badge is compulsory for each booking, even if you only plan to use free facilities. Guests can add credit to their Passjoly badge at reception. Each time you use an chargeable facility the cost will be deducted from your Passjoly badge. You can top up your badge at any time to continue using extra facilities on site. Extra facilities start at €3.60 per person for a mini golf session and go up to €145 for a 5-day horse riding course.

2. Bookings cannot be transferred or modified.

3. Services or activities may be modified or cancelled without notice due to reason beyond our control or to ensure safety of our guests.

4. No refunds for late arrivals or early departure.

5. Admission is only permitted after registering in reception. The management reserves the right to deny access or terminate the stay of those guests whose behaviour is deemed unsuitable. No refunds will be offered.

6. In the event of a complaint, guests should endeavour to seek a solution on site by seeking assistance from a member of our staff. If this has not provided a suitable solution, complaints should be submitted in writing by registered post within 30 days of departure.

7. All guests spending the night at the campsite must present their ID at the reception desk and sign registration forms. Under 18s must be accompanied by their parents or legal guardians.

8. The management shall not be responsible for theft, loss or damage to your personal belongings.

9. Accommodation: €200 damage deposit must be paid on arrival and will be refunded on departure after inspection of your unit.

10. A valid vaccination certificate (including rabies) must accompany your dog. Your dog must be tattooed and microchipped. They must be kept on leads at all times and never left unattended.

11. Silence rule between 10pm and 8am.
