If two streams aren't enough, Camping Le Moulin has direct access to a river too. As well as quite a lot of ground to wander: this peaceful and mighty pretty place covers 12 hectares of a 16th-century property estate, with fields and forests stretching all around.
Deep in the French countryside but with easy access to amenities and attractions (like a trout fishing pond and the Garonne cycling route within a kilometre), Le Moulin is a splendid spot for families who like getting out and about. Its Haute-Garonne department setting between Toulouse and the Midi-Pyrénées is just north of the Ariège Pyrenees Regional Natural Park for whitewater rafting, paragliding, hiking and horse riding; less headily, Aqualudia waterpark is within 35 minutes.
Outdoor days very much await on site as well: take a look at the pics to see the huge array of leisurely pursuits to get stuck into. There's a pool and a paddling pool with slides and a big sunbathing terrace alongside, a tennis court for free use, bikes to rent and canoe trips to tackle (extra charges apply), and archery sessions – and massages – available in July and August. Summer also sees regular entertainment including dance nights and live music.
Kids have a playground, trampoline and bouncy castle to bounce around at, a miniature farm with critters including donkeys to meet, and a summer club packed with activities and crafts. A well-equipped toy room is indoors, where all toys are free to use.
Just off site, local village Martres-Tolosane is a kilometre and a half away. Three supermarkets, a petrol station and an off-licence, as well as a pool with lessons and aqua gym are within a couple of kilometres: ask the team for details.

Location
The site is located between Toulouse and the Midi-Pyrénées. On the A64, take exits 21 or 22 and follow the directions for Martres-Tolsane. When you reach the main roundabout (with the church in the centre), follow the site's signposts for about 2 kilometres.
Local attractions
The friendly team can point you in the direction of most places you might want to get to nearby, as well as share tips on the best of stuff to see and do.
One such destination could be Cazères, 15 minutes' drive away, with scenic views over the Garonne from its bridge (visit at night to see it all lit up), or Salies du Salat (20 minutes), a spa town that's also home to a casino and a golf course. For city days, it's 50 minutes from the site to Toulouse, home the Place du Capitole palace, natural history museum and the Cité de l’espace for astronomy aficionados.
Horse riding is available four kilometres away.

Camping Le Moulin cancellation policy
No refunds within 30 days of arrival date.
No refunds/discounts for inclement weather, late arrivals or early departures.
If you need to cancel or amend your booking, please give as much notice as possible so that someone else has the chance to book. You may wish to buy holiday insurance for cancellations and for your property/injury whilst away.
Please note that your deposit is paid to Pitchup.com and is non-refundable.
Payment
A 15% non-refundable deposit is payable now. Camping Le Moulin will debit the balance from your card 30 days before arrival, or if the arrival date is sooner than 30 days then the balance will be taken immediately.
You can also opt to pay the full amount at the time of your booking, or at any point before the due date.
Tax
Local eco tax of €0.50 (£0.43) per person per night at least age 18 is not included and must be paid on arrival.
