Admission

• Admission is only permitted after registering at reception.
• All guests spending the night at the park must present their ID at the reception desk and sign registration forms.
• Under 18s must be accompanied by their parents or legal guardians.

Arrivals and departures

• Late arrivals must notify the park as soon as possible. Your booking will be held for 24 hours. After this period the management reserves the right to relet your unit.
• No refunds/discounts for inclement weather, late arrivals or early departures.

Dogs

• A valid vaccination certificate must accompany your dog.
• Dogs must be kept on leads and supervised at all times.
• The site does not accept breeds/crossbreeds listed in the Dangerous Dogs Act (i.e. Pit Bull Terrier, Japanese Tosa, Dogo Argentino, and Fila Brasileiro) and/or any of the following: Staffordshire bull terrier, American Staffordshire terrier, Rottweiler, any Mastiff or Tosa.
• Your dog must be tattooed or microchipped.

General

• Bookings are nominative and non-transferable.
• Entertainment and activities are available between 04/07 and 28/08.
• Protective masks must be worn at all times in common areas.
• Quiet hours must be respected between 11 p.m. and 8 a.m..
• The management reserves the right to deny access or terminate the stay of those guests whose behaviour is deemed unsuitable. No refunds will be offered.
• You'll need an Environment Agency rod licence (you'll need to apply for this beforehand).

Hired accommodation

• Hired accommodation: €300.00 (£261.46) damage/cleanliness/bracelet deposit is required on arrival and will be refunded on departure after inspection of your unit should no damage/losses be found.
• Your unit must be left clean and tidy; a fine of €50.00 (£42.86) will be charged for unclean units upon departure.

Occupancy

• No hen/stag parties permitted via Pitchup.com.

Pitches

• A cable measuring at least 15 metres is needed for the electric hook-ups.

Pool

• Only park guests are authorised to use the pool.
• Please note there is no lifeguard on duty.
• Swimsuits are obligatory and swimming shorts or Bermuda shorts are not permitted.
• The outdoor swimming pool is open between 04/04 and 10/10 (subject to weather conditions).

Reception

• Reception is open from 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and from 1:30 p.m. to 8 p.m. between 04/07 and 29/08.
• Reception is open from 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m. between 01/04 - 03/07 and 30/08 - 10/10.

Safety

• Firearms are not permitted.
• No charcoal barbecues allowed.
• No gas barbecues allowed.
• Open fires are prohibited.

Vehicles

• Only one car is to be parked by the pitch. Extra vehicles must be parked in the designated area.
• Twin axle vehicles are not permitted on site.

Visitors

• Visitors’ cars are not permitted on site.
• Visitors must register at reception and pay their fee.
