Camping Les Vosges Du Nord

Liked Der Platz war schön groß und es war ruhig obwohl fast jeder Platz belegt war. Allerdings ein wenig schief. Die Plätze wo nicht besetzt waren hatten größere Löcher.vielleicht genau deshalb nicht besetzt.
Sanitäranlagen waren sauber.
Müllentsorgung war auf dem Parkplatz vor dem CP.
Check in ging schnell und einfach.
Der Platz liegt außerhalb und ist für ein,zwei Nächte völlig in Ordnung.

Disliked Nicht alle Sanitäranlagen waren geöffnet, da der Platz klein ist, ist es aber zu verkraften.
Der Indoorpool hat anscheinend immer von 10-19 Uhr geöffnet aber wohl nicht jeden Tag. die Tür zum Poolraum geht schwer auf. Auch die Spielmöglichkeiten waren nicht optimal. Entweder kaputt oder es fehlte etwas.

Liked Large pitches, plenty of space. Location is great, long walks and cycling routes. Clean services, several showers and toilets.

Liked ruime campingplaats met prachtig uitzicht en ligging aan wandel- en fietsroutes.

Disliked de beperkte afwasmogelijkheden - Water douche was te koud in verste sanitaire blok 2 (wit gebouwtje). Slechte regeling van te korte tijdsduur van de douche.

Disliked Grasplätze mit Kuhlen, Weg höher, bei Regen Festfahrprobleme, Innenpoolöffnung nicht identisch mit Campingplatzöffnung, d.h.leider über Ostern zu gewesen und keine Info darüber im Buchungsportal, fehlender "Kiosk" oder Verkauf von z.b.Elsässer Wein, Restaurant überteuert vor allem bei den Weinpreisen (ein Viertel ab 9 €) und kein professioneller Restaurantbetrieb-es wurden abends Campingplatzgäste abgewiesen obwohl viele Tische frei waren, vllt. fehlendes Personal? , Lage abseits , kein Wlan

Nous regrettons cependant que certains aspects de votre séjour n’aient pas été à la hauteur de vos attentes. Concernant les emplacements, nous prenons bien note de vos remarques sur les irrégularités du terrain et les difficultés en cas de pluie. Nous vous présentons également nos excuses pour le manque d’information concernant les horaires de la piscine couverte. Nous avons le plaisir de vous annoncer que l'ouverture officielle de la piscine a eu lieu hier soit le dimanche 12 avril.

Concernant les services proposés sur place (vente de produits locaux, Wi-Fi, restauration), vos remarques sont précieuses. Nous comprenons votre déception, notamment en ce qui concerne le restaurant, tant sur les tarifs que sur l’organisation du service. La situation que vous décrivez n’est pas représentative de l’expérience que nous souhaitons offrir. Nous allons faire un point avec le gérant du restaurant concernée afin d’améliorer la qualité de l’accueil et la cohérence de l’offre.

Votre commentaire sur la gestion du restaurant a également retenu toute notre attention et sera pris en compte dans notre réflexion globale.

Liked Nice welcome on arrival. We got a pitch with a nice view over Oberonn. It was quite muddy due to the recent rain, but fine for a couple of days. The facilities were also ok. I noticed an earlier review about the showers being too hot and the management cooling them down. Given that it's now autumn and it was particularly cold, the showers felt just about warm enough - maybe time to adjust the temperature back up. There was a restaurant but we didn't try it.

Disliked Nothing - although it seems you only get 10 minutes free WiFi before buying a voucher. Luckily we have sim cards but others might find that difficult.

Liked Nice view from pitch. But very wet and muddy in September. No hard standing.
Bar but not very inviting. Nice indoor swimming pool with Sauna and steam room.
Nice staff , site owned by a large group Seasonova. They could do with spending some money on the place. All a little bit tired.

Liked Quiet site, well spaced out enjoyed swim , sauna & steam ideal during heavy rain. Very well priced. Spa options in pool not working but maybe that needs asking for before pool use? or were not on in quiet times.

Disliked Got wet paint from reception door on expensive jacket on arrival which would not remove even with acetone used at the time. There was a notice on door but on arrival was not looking to read it after long journey. Not best time in rain to paint door as it won't dry. Doing it in good weather would mean door could be propped open. pool area a bit shabby but it was end of season
