What a gorgeous site this is… Camping Village Poljana is a few kilometres away from Lussin Piccolo, opposite the island of Cres in the Gulf of Quarnaro, and on the island of Lošinj, described by travel boffins as 'Croatia's best-kept secret'.
The site is on the narrowest part of the island, in smashingly scenic surroundings (do gaze upon the site pics) with the sea lapping the shores on both sides: a harbour with quays for mooring boats is on one side and a natural bay on the other for diving into its crystal-clear water.
There's heaps of stuff on site to make your hol a calm and relaxing Croatian stay among a multilingual and amicable team: a restaurant, a café-bar, regular entertainment, a playground, internet points and wifi hotspots, and a range of sports such as tennis, football, volleyball and archery. There's also – rather smashingly – a fishmonger and a buoy rental service.
If you ever do get off site (not a court in the land would convict you if you didn't), the shops and restaurants of colourful Lussin Piccolo are only a few kilometres hence.

Location
From Italy or from the north:
Follow A4 Milan-Venice motorway and take the exit signposted Mestre. Drive on towards Trieste. Cross the border and follow the road signs to Rijeka. In Rijeka, follow the signs to the ferry port to the island of Losinj, Cres and Krk.
There are 2 options: follow the signs to Brestova, where you can take a ferry to Porozine, on the island of Cres, or following the signs to Kraljevica, where you can take the nearby bridge to the island of Krk. From here, proceed to Valbiska where you will reach the port and take a ferry to Merag (located on Cres island).
Merag is conveniently connected to the island of Losinj by a bridge.
Local attractions
The sea around Camping Village Poljana's spectacular island has beds that bring scuba divers from all over Europe; on the surface, you could take a boat ride around Lošinj's bays or onwards to two more spectacular islands in Susak and Ilovik.
On land, the island has over 220 kilometres of paths to hike, mountain bike or cycle on; the beach bars at Susak are where you'll find the parties, and all over there are places at which to sit under the sun and sup a grasevina.
Wildlife watcher? Take a trip by speedboat from Veli Losinj to spot the local dolphins.

Camping Village Poljana cancellation policy
Up to 20 days before arrival : 50% of the balance will be retained.
Within 19 days of arrival: no refunds.
No refunds/discounts for inclement weather, late arrivals or early departures.
If you need to cancel or amend your booking, please give as much notice as possible so that someone else has the chance to book. You may wish to buy holiday insurance for cancellations and for your property/injury whilst away.
Please note that your deposit is paid to Pitchup.com and is non-refundable.
Payment
A 15% non-refundable deposit is payable now. Camping Village Poljana will debit the balance from your card 3 weeks before arrival, or if the arrival date is sooner than 3 weeks then the balance will be taken immediately.
You can also opt to pay the full amount at the time of your booking, or at any point before the due date.
Tax
Local city tax of €1.33 (£1.14) per person per night at least age 12 is not included and must be paid on arrival.
