Liked Large and very clean and tidy site.

Disliked I booked a 3-night stay Via Pitchup. Paid the deposit and was informed that the balance would automatically be paid in May. The total for 3 nights, including leccy is €54, but with local taxes to be paid on arrival, amounting to €9 So, imagine my surprise when I got a final invoice from the site directly wanting full payment directly to them No problem until I realised the invoice was for twice the amount. €106 euros. They had missed off the dog but charged us for a shower card we don't need (€25), a barrier card we don't need as we have no intention of leaving the site in 3 days (€50), a Rubbish bag, whatever that is (€2.50).I paid Pitchup the balance. Things took a nose dive. We arrived on a Wednesday, and Reception closes on Wednesday!!! The waiting car park had other new guests besides ourselves. A lovely Dutch man who spoke Flemish took command and phoned the number stuck to the reception door. Eventually, a young girl appeared, but I guess manning the reception was not among her skills. When it got to my turn, she presented me with a bill for the complete 3-day stay plus extras. I pointed out with the Pitch up receipt as evidence that we had paid, did not need a shower card, as we were self-contained. Nor did we need a barrier fob as we had no intention of leaving the site while we were there. The barrier lets you out, but you need a fob to get back in. The rubbish bag apparently is the law for stays over 2 days. It is clear and you leave it by your pitch on departure for pickup. That's her completely confused, and she spends 20 minutes trying to raise someone more senior. Eventually, we got through to her and she gave us our pitch, and we didn't have to pay any more. They still didn't realise we had a dog! we sayed first week of June and all facilties were shut

Liked Great site, short walk to local village (don't forget to get the gate code before you go down), generally flat pitches, helpful staff. Special call out to the tractor driver for getting us out of the mud, Merci Beaucoup!! Whilst a lot of services/facilities were unavailable, we know this is because we were out of season. Full electric (no adaptor needed for UK hook up cables). Hot water in the toilets.

Liked Tolle Natur! Super ruhig und tolle Rezeption und Kinderprogramm. Sanitärhäuser super sauber und tolle warme Duschen! Leckeres Restaurant. Toller kleiner Wasserpark für kleinere Kinder.

Disliked Warm Duschen kostet 1,50€ pro 8min. Das geht bei mehreren Tagen und Personen ziemlich ins Geld.

Liked Loved the location and the facilities the kids loved the water park and the inflatables coffee and beer was spot on.

Liked The setting of the site, good clean facilities. Flat pitch.

Disliked Lack of electricity, booked what I thought was an electric hook up tent pitch but turned out to just be an electric box outside of the tent so unable to have power in the tent.

Liked Bar was ok. Cindy on reception helpful and polite

Disliked Toilets very dirty and most of gent's out of order no toilet roll in any Toilets (ladies and gents) and for the Toilets you have to purchase a card showers cost 1.50 but machine takes 3. The evening noise is horrendous family had a TV blaring until 1 in the morning then to top it all in the private area behind Reception staff decided to play loud music until early hours avoid this one unless you don't require sleep or sanitary facilities

Splash park closed the second day
Area around splash park was slippery

Generally feels like a run down site, poor maintenance, and lots of additional extras that make the price creep up

Liked Thank you for a wonderful stay. The reception staff were very helpful in lending me a cable and my kids really enjoyed the kids pool and play area.

Liked La plaine de jeux aquatique, la piscine extérieure, la quiétude, la sympathie du personnel, la richesse naturelle de la région.

Disliked Une famille bruyante le premier soir, les cailloux dans le sol sous notre tente, difficile de planter les sardines.
