Non-electric grass tent, campervan or trailer tent pitch

Liked Very peaceful lovely site with not a lot on.
Nice walks along the coastline into Tenby and Lyndstep.
Toilet block is basic but very clean.
The site also has a farm shop that does hot and cold food and drinks, we had a lovely breakfast from there.
Each pitch has a fire pit allocated for you to enjoy that smell of smoke and to cook the marshmallows on.

Incredible value for such a wonderful site

Non-electric grass tent, campervan or trailer tent pitch

Liked EVERYTHING!! Huge level pitches with fire pits, small site in terms of available pitches, Eco credentials including hot clean solar showers and 100% recycling facilities, proximity to costal path, beaches, farm shop and pubs, excellent public transport options, dog friendly, etc! Even my camper van neighbours were so lovely and the weather was perfect, although both are subject to change…!!

Disliked Nothing!!! For the extremely particular I will mention 2 things that others may not appreciate. There’s a very narrow bridge set on a bend nearby and helpful drivers will honk to warn other drivers. There’s also a local railway line and you can see and hear local trains rumble past. Both of these were charming in their own way and did not disturb me in any way, and naturally lessened/ceased during the night.

Lovely quiet green site, beautiful surroundings, great facilities

Non-electric grass tent, campervan or trailer tent pitch

Liked Friendly communication and useful info ahead of our trip, clear travel directions, easy arrival (nothing we really had to do to check in), nice quiet campsite with loads of space and pitch options, not too many people and all nicely spaced out.

The toilets and solar shower and the washing-up point were decent and clean, and the info room with maps and freezer were really handy. The recycling facilities were great and really well considered.

We liked chatting to Tom when he was passing by the campsite. Useful signage for the coast path and farm shop. We liked the shop/cafe a lot - we came for coffee/breakfast and came back another time for a pint. It was lovely sitting out in the field with the animals!

Maybe most of all we liked the campsite's location - it was so easy to walk up to the coast path and take either direction for lovely coast walks and beaches, and to easily walk to Tenby.

Everything was really well thought-out, and with a personal touch that made the campsite feel super welcoming.

Disliked Nothing really! I was a bit confused by the instructions where it said to take a peg/label, but then it said write your name on a chalkboard next to your pitch - only because I couldn't figure out whether the chalkboard nearest our pitch was actually ours, and we hadn't actually let anyone know we were there by that point (because we arrived late on Saturday eve). But that's not actually a dislike, just something I was confused by :)

Perfect camping experience. I wouldn’t change a thing!

Non-electric grass tent, campervan or trailer tent pitch

Liked The cosy atmosphere, the eco friendly vibe, the sandpit for a fire and the fact they are dog friendly, the hot showers, the pizza oven (although we didn’t get round to using it, it was still a lovely touch!), the fairy liquid and sponges etc available at the washing up sink, the hammocks and swings, the beautiful farm shop across the road. How close it is to the coastal path. I couldn’t have asked for anything better!!

Disliked Nothing at all. Will 100% be coming back.

Non-electric grass tent, campervan or trailer tent pitch

Liked This place is stunning, and super clean. The quirky features and what the campsite stand for with its eco values are lovely. 40 min walk into Tenby on the costal path so location is spot on. Also was the quietist campsite I have ever stayed on. Will definitely be back!

Disliked I couldn't fault anything and I am super fussy

Liked Second time we have stayed at Becks Bay, great location and fantastic farm shop.

Local attractions

Beaches, castles, coasteering, climbing, abseiling and of course Pembrokeshire surfing are among the top pursuits around the farm, along with fab family days at the likes of Folly Farm 15 minutes' drive away. The closest beach is the sand and pebble stretch of Lydstep, just over a mile away; hail the bus from the stop a few minutes from the farm if you're not up for the walk or drive. From Lydstep, it's another mile or so to the award-winning Tenby South beach and its mile and a half of sand backed by dunes. A wander around town is recommended too, for shops, restaurants, pubs and the tourist information centre. There's a huge pick of family-friendly attractions in Pembrokeshire if you're here with kids (and if you can prise them away from the beach), starting with the rides, maze and indoor and outdoor amusements of Heatherton World of Activities, under 10 minutes away at Tenby. The country's biggest theme park, Oakwood, and the Bluestone Adventure Centre are both 25 minutes' drive away at Narberth, and quad biking is 10 minutes away at Ritec Valley.
