What customers say
This is a well-regarded, budget-friendly campsite in a beautiful, rural location offering peace and quiet. Guests frequently praise the clean, basic facilities, including hot showers, and the ample space available, making it ideal for children and groups. While some noted only a few toilet and shower facilities, this was generally not an issue due to the site's quiet nature and plenty of space. Minor points raised include occasional issues with shower temperature consistency, lighting in toilets, and the need for more bins, though managers have addressed bin concerns. Despite basic amenities, the value for money and location for exploring the coastline are highlighted.

If you want a clean inexpensive site then this will suit you
Non-electric grass touring pitch
Liked Simple facilities but in good condition
Disliked The shower can be locked from the outside and the person inside would not be able to unlock it which is unsettling - I can imagine some mean siblings take great delight in this. The site blurb says you have to take rubbish home but there is waste sorting bins by the exit

A brilliant option for budget camping close to lots of attractions
Non-electric grass touring pitch
Liked We stayed during Storm Dave, so for a lot of the time we had the whole campsite to ourselves except for the skylarks who were singing beautifully. Loads of room and flat pitches with some shelter from the hedges and immaculately clean facilities, this is a great budget option for basic and peaceful camping.
Disliked It was tricky at times to keep the shower at a constant temperature.
