Our beautifully peaceful yurt campsite is on a working organic farm in West Wales. Your yurt sits in its own private spot in a small hay meadow which you share with clucking hens.

Your yurt is furnished simply using wood from the farm. Our yurts have wooden floors, wood burning stoves and a king size bed to keep you snug whatever the weather.

When you arrive you will receive a basket of tasty vegetables and as much wood as you need to keep you toasty! You can also hire cosy organic bedding.

The farm is yours to explore while you stay. Scratch the pigs, feed the cows and collect eggs to cook over your campfire. We have a farm shop selling vegetables, meat, eggs and jam, all grown on the farm.

There is a cabin in the corner of the field with solar showers, a large cooking area, games, books and a wood burning stove next to a comfy sofa. Beside the cabin is a children’s play area with a rope swing, slide and sand pit.

We have made The Yurt Farm as environmentally friendly as possible with compost toilets, solar and wind energy, solar showers and even organic mattresses!

The Yurt Farm sits between the mountains and the sea.

The sea is only 20 minutes away. There are lots of quiet sandy beaches to explore close by and you can spot dolphins from the beautiful harbour towns of Aberaeron and Newquay.

The Cambrian mountains are a short drive away and are full of lovely walks and views.

Feed hundreds of red kites in the next village.

Hire a bike for a day from Cyclemart and cycle down the old railway line to Aberaeron.

Visit the spectacular Devil's Bridge waterfalls on the Rheidol Valley steam train that meanders up from the coast and into the hills.

There is lots to do and great places to eat. If you want to know about anything in particular just ask and we are happy to help.
