What customers say
This peaceful, rural site offers exceptional, immaculately clean toilet and shower facilities, described by guests as the best they've experienced. Pitches are well-maintained, many fully serviced, with stunning countryside views. The on-site pub is a popular, friendly bonus. While the approach roads are narrow, visitors consistently praise the warm welcome and helpfulness of the owner, Dale. WiFi can be intermittent on pitches. A few guests noted a lack of washing-up facilities.

Great place to unwind
Fully-serviced hardstanding pitch
Liked Lovely spot away from it all and great shower rooms/loos plus water supply to every pitch. Very welcoming and this personal touch continued throughout our visit. Great night skies.
Disliked Would have liked to have had somewhere to wash up pots and possibly a fridge/freezer - we knew that these were not supplied and it did not deter us booking. It would have made a difference though.
There was a wedding venue close by and we could hear it on one of the 3 nights that we stayed and whilst we would have preferred this not to be the case it did not spoil our visit. The beautiful weather more than made up for it.

Fabulous, quiet, enjoyable stay with good walks.
Fully-serviced hardstanding pitch
Liked I liked the space offered with full facilities. Good showers and loos. Great space for walking dogs and right on the Offa's dyke pathway and the 3 castles route. It was quiet on the nights that I was there. I cannot therefore comment on other nights where it could possibly be noisy from the pub, maybe.
The pub was a proper drinks only, not food pub. Nice atmosphere and well known in the area. They will help with food, a couple of other campers had ordered in fish and chips which they ate in the pub.
Dale couldn't have been more helpful from arrival to departure - with emergency cable ties attached to loose bit of motorhome!
Will definitely go back.
