  • Several beaches, riding, tennis and golf all within 15 minutes’ drive
  • Fully serviced pitches 10 minutes’ drive from pubs and restaurants
Spectacular views south over Yr Wyddfa and other peaks in Eryri National Park from fully serviced pitches. A spacious farm site, and handily only 10 minutes’ drive off the main A5 on the Isle of Anglesey. What’s not to love about Ty’n Buarth Camping (open for the first time in 2026)? Found in south-west Anglesey, this peaceful spot with lots of greenery about the place is surrounded by countryside and farmland. With Snowdonia in your sights looking south, turn northwards and you’ll spot cruise ships and the Irish ferries coming into harbour at Holyhead, 20 minutes’ drive away (handy if you fancy a day trip to Northern Ireland). Both kid- and dog-friendly, Ty’n Buarth is a small, welcoming site with a fair list of amenities. For starters, all pitches have drainage and water connections as well as electric hook-ups, while the pristine, modern shower block has dedicated areas for men and women, plus a separate facility for disabled guests. There’s also a private parking area for visitors. The site has a safe place for children to play (there are organised sports during high season too), as well as plenty of walking options for your four-legged chums. Out and about, you will unearth pubs and restaurants in Rhosneigr (10 minutes’ drive), a basics shop in Gwalchmai (five minutes), and supermarkets in Holyhead.

What customers say

Ty’n Buarth is a quiet, well-maintained site praised for its spacious, level hard standing pitches and stunning countryside views. Guests consistently highlight the immaculate, well-equipped toilet and shower facilities. Owners are described as friendly and accommodating. Some guests noted minor issues with on-site signage and the availability of an Elsan point and dishwashing facilities, though manager replies indicate these are being addressed. The site's location offers both peace and convenient access to local roads.

Fully-serviced hardstanding touring pitch

Liked We had an absolutely amazing time, the owners were very friendly including their Dog Mali who is friendly but also will leave you alone if not called. The view was incredible. The pitches are very big, enough to fit 2 motor homes which gives enough space between you. The toilets and showers are big, very clean and well stocked with electric ports so that you are able to plug in any straighteners and hairdryers etc. I’ve never been a “camper” as such but this has deffinatly changed my outlook on the whole experience. We spoke to a lady who had been there since March which speaks for itself. We as a family cannot recommended this place enough.

Fully-serviced hardstanding touring pitch

Liked Just back from a weekend at Ty’n Buarth. Lovely small and quiet site. Pitches are hard standing and we hardly needed to level the caravan. Toilet and shower facilities spotless and the water lovely and hot. Rhian came to see us to say hello and was lovely. There is also Shepherd’s huts and holiday cottages here which looked lovely that you can book through another site. The view is beautiful and the sky at night was amazing. 10 minutes from Rhosneigr which we drove into but also enjoyed a walk with the dog from the site down the country lanes as the roads are lovely and flat and in such a quiet and peaceful location.

Disliked Only thing i would suggest would be a sign in the road as we were unsure what entrace we needed but we called the number and was guided straight away!

Liked Spacious pitches. Very quiet and secluded place out in the countryside. We were caught in the very bad storm on the first night, but we survived!! Toilets/ Showers very clean.

Disliked Only downside was not being greeted by the owners and no access to WiFi.

Liked Nice level pitches with amazing views and sunsets.

Disliked Cats and an off lead Dog which is fine but our dog doesn't get on with them 😀. No Elsan point so have to use disabled toilet to empty.
