The site does not accept breeds/crossbreeds listed in the Dangerous Dogs Act (i.e. XL Bully, Pit Bull Terrier, Japanese Tosa, Dogo Argentino, and Fila Brasileiro).- Twin axle vehicles are not permitted on site.
- Bookings must not be for more than 5 consecutive nights.
- No cars/motorbikes by the pitch/unit. All cars must be parked in the designated area.
- At least one of the party members must be aged 18 or over.
- The bar is only open on Fridays and Saturdays and unfortunately does not do food.

All facilities were clean and tidy
Lovely owners made us feel very welcome and shared with us some local amenities
We had beautiful weather which really made it extra special

Liked: The stream running through the camp, really large pitches and a friendly atmosphere. Really nice owners. Dog friendly.
Washing facilities, freshwater tap, waste disposal, showers and toilets, games room and bar. Very nice feel to the camp. Will definitely be back.
20 mins to Bala lake, 1 hour to llanberis BUT it’s a really lovely scenic drive!
Disliked: Nothing really but one thing I did notice that if you are on the outer pitches, you do need an extra long cable for electric. The owner asked us for feedback which I thought was good, he is a new owner so really open to feedback and we did tell him and he happily took it onboard.

Liked: There is a lovely stream running along the edge of the site. The hosts were really friendly and came over to check we were all OK once our tent was set up and we were settled. They gave us advice on where to walk and what shops were nearby. Really quiet area away from any traffic.

Liked: We experienced a warm welcome from our hosts, the site was fairly small but had a lot of character. The house was beautiful to look at and there was a stream nearby which was calming to listen to. The site has a lot of potential.
Disliked: The water in the toilet/shower block was freezing, couldn't get any warm water at all, there was no hand soap or drying facilities available .Wouldn't be great if you were camping.

Disliked: Very run down ,no washing up facilities toilets horrible ,advertise as bar games room they obviously hadn’t been open for long time ,should be removed off pitch up

Liked: Liked the area, good location. nicely kept grass, stream, very welcoming. Good for smaller and bigger children. Nice leveled grass area and good parking spaces.
Disliked: Toilets were not cleaned daily. Too many bugs, moscitos because of the water.

Disliked: Avoid at all costs...
This campsite should be removed from your listings or updated to reflect the actual state of the place! The washing up area was padlocked closed. The toilets and shower were disgusting and looked like they hadn't been cleaned for a long time. Couldn't find fresh water access, no launderette, no internet access/WiFi. Games room/bar area/spa facilities were all closed off and covered in dust or being used as storage area! The camping area is tiny and on a slope. Fishing wouldn't have been possible on the 100yds of river access as it was way too shallow. This campsite gives pitchup and Wales a bad name and should be investigated.
I would give no stars across the board if I could.
- Worth mentioning also, it's not far from the main road so you could hear the cars all night quite loudly as it's quite a busy road
