A quiet family run site along side the river Conwy in the heart of the Snowdonia national park.The area around Betws y coed is an ideal central location close to the Snowdonia peaks and within reach of many attractions for both adults and children. The popular marin bike trail is just above the camp site in the Gwydir forest.There are lovely walks into Betws y coed from the camp site either along the river or through the forest and as its only one mile it doesn't take long. Betws y coed is a very pretty and popular village with many eating places and a great variety of shops.Try the deli near the station for local cheeses,honey,welsh cakes etc.
