What customers say
Many visitors praise the friendly and helpful staff, clean facilities, and plentiful activities for children. However, concerns are frequently raised about waterlogged pitches, especially after rain, leading to vehicles getting stuck. Noise from nearby roads and occasional issues with entertainment and food prices are also noted.

Absolute Joke of a holiday park 0/10
Meadows electric grass tent or trailer tent pitch
Liked Our neighbours whilst camped
Disliked Staff were incredibly rude. Staff were not trained and sent us to the wrong area for us to set up our tent. Were then told the following day to pack up and move to the right area. This wasn't an easy task due to the size of our tent.
On leaving the site the reception staff were rude and ignorant of our poor stay. We left two days earlier due to their inability to professionally run a holiday park. We shall never stay at a Park Dean Resort ever again and we urge every member of the public to never stay at a Park Dean Resort and look elsewhere

Beautiful place to stay but expensive to buy anything to eat or drink.
Meadows electric grass tent or trailer tent pitch
Liked Staff very friendly , not many tourists on camp , nisa was reasonably priced , areas where clean and tidy , tiolets by arcades clean and tidy. Area were site was was beautiful with nice scenery, toilets and showers seamed clean and tidy . Reasonably priced for electric hook up each night stay. Nice place for camping but not near toilets or showers , busy road at night didn't seam as bad as other tourists said was quite after 10.30 , disabled parking good.
Disliked To expensive to buy alcohol or soft drinks on site, was £12 just for pint a larger and 2 small cokes in the entertainment hall, pitch 65 was muddy , we was by the toilets as requested as im part disabled and cant walk far but regretted it as loads were walking through are pitch and not using paths , so no privacy at all , was told no campfires allowed yet there were 5 campers with firepits , also loud music and chatting all hours , so campers weren't respectful to other campers , to many seagulls shitting all over my car and tent , arcades a rip off and claw machines rigged not to win , hardly any adult entertainment , just little kids stuff and stupid bingo. Pitch was right next to a sewage drain , so all we could smell was people's 💩 . Wifi not good and no WiFi by tent, kids activities were expensive especially if you have more than 1 child , everything is chargeable except for a family swim

Liked I liked the staff which was really pleasant . Check in was a breeze .
Disliked I’m not usually one for writing reviews, but I thought I’d give some honest feedback from our stay because sometimes it’s the little things that make a big difference!
My biggest issue was that the toilet blocks didn’t seem to be cleaned regularly enough.
I completely understand that staff can’t be there 24/7, and unfortunately some campers seem to think that the bins are purely decorative! 😂
The washing-up area was another one. Again, I appreciate that some people are clearly allergic to putting their own food waste in the bins provided and would rather leave it floating around in the sink! 🤦♀️😂 A bin with a lid would definitely be a good idea too, as the flies were having an absolute party!
The shower block was clean, so no complaints there, but I was honestly amazed there wasn’t a sink in there. Even just somewhere to brush your teeth would have been useful. There was absolutely NO chance I was brushing my teeth in the toilet sinks! 😂
The baths were good, although I do think the area around the pool could do with a really good scrub.
Overall, we enjoyed our stay and these are only small things, but I think they’re worth mentioning because sorting them would make the facilities much better.
I’m not normally one to leave reviews, but I always think honest and constructive feedback is worthwhile. 😊
And to the campers who leave food in the washing up sinks… it’s really not difficult. The bins are literally provided for you! 😂😂

Been before and renting a static…

Liked Been before and renting a static caravan but this is the first time of taking the campervan. Toilets lovely and clean, beautiful spot, quiet, swim pool was lovely and warm, lots on site and staff nice. Flat pitches with lots of space.
Disliked Made the mistake of going for one night on a bank holiday. We were there too late for most the swimming and swim meant we missed the kids show and then was too late to enjoy any swimming the next morning. Ended up a very expensive for what it was. Would go again but on a cheaper weekend for more than one day so we can get moneys worth

Clean facilities, helpful staff but overall expensive in a campervan
Warren electric grass touring pitch
Liked Toilets and shower block clean
Disliked Despite checking we would be camping together on the Wednesday, by Friday we had been moved so took time to sort that out.
£120 for 2 nights is expensive if not wanting to access the clubs, we only went in for food on the Saturday.
10am check out for campers is far too early. It's not as if there needs to be any cleaning done before the next camper can go on it.

Great location and everything on site
Warren electric grass touring pitch
Liked Pitches were nice, clean and spacious and close to all amenities.
Site had everything you needed plus all staff from the cleaners to reception, bar staff and entertainment team were super friendly and helpful.
The pool was one of the nicest park dean pools we have ever been to.
Overall it’s a lovely site and we will definitely be returning, hopefully when the weather is a bit better.
Disliked Showers a little dated but as all park dean sites.
