Fully-serviced pitches

  • Peaceful award-winning park in the grounds of a 16th-century farmhouse
  • Wildlife haven covering 12 acres, three miles from the coast
  • Woodland walk, immaculate amenities and spacious pitches
Well now, this is pretty perfect. You'll be able to spy plenty of reasons why guests return to award-winning, peaceful and popular Plas Farm Caravan Park year after year: it’s in a wildlife haven covering 12 acres of viewful Conwy countryside, and is kept impeccably clean by owners John and Sian. And it comes with easy access to some of Wales’s top attractions – the beaches and coastal walks of north Wales are three miles away and the coastal A55 road is within easy reach to get to Chester, the Isle of Anglesey and Snowdonia. A pub within walking distance and takeaway deliveries straight to one’s pitch probably help too… John and Sian opened Plas Farm as a campsite in the grounds of a Grade II-listed 16th-century farmhouse and keep it to stellar standards, with spotless toilets, showers with heaps of hot water and roomy pitches laid out to give maximum privacy. There are acres of room for the kids to run around and the farm also has its own woodland walk for dog walks. Betws yn Rhos and its shop are a short walk away to pick up supplies; this is also where you’ll find the local pub.

Electric grass campervan pitch

Liked Lovely site, there was a really nice secluded place to walk the dog, good recycling facilities and the bathrooms were clean and tidy.

Disliked Not the fault of the site, but a Motorhome owner nearby allowed their dog off lead for it to wee on our air shelter and poo on the grass nearby (both of which I cleaned up). Why can’t other folks have more respect and follow rules?

Fully-serviced hardstanding touring pitch (TV aerial, XL)

Liked Very spacious pitches well laid out site excellent toilet and shower blocks

Disliked Poor response to a serious safety issue
The support woodwork to my service box carrying power and water collapsed due to rotten wood support. I effected a temporary repair to make it safe and reported the issue but nobody came to inspect the safety issue, very concerning given the mix of 240v electric and water.
