Fully-serviced hardstanding touring pitch (TV aerial, XL)
Liked Clean and well organised site with extensive landscaping. Friendly staff especially the Site Manager who kindly reversed our Caravan for us being it was our first Caravan outing. Fully serviced pitches and so handy for the toilets, showers, bins etc. Free WiFi works brilliantly which compansates for the poor mobile reception.
Disliked Quite a number of dogs on site one or two were a little noisy at times but nothing terrible. Wish it was closer to the beach, 5 miles to Colwyn Bay, 10 miles to Conwy and Llandudno.

Nice place, didn’t like the host.
Electric hardstanding touring pitch
Liked The groundsman was very friendly and he had maintained the pitches very well.
Disliked The host. We booked through pitchup for a 2 night stay, put a polite request to be located close to the w.c. and shower facilities due to a heart condition with my wife, paid our fees up front and looked forward to our stay. We turned up at reception and was told we had to pay an additional £3 per night as the pitches close to the facilities were fully serviced!. Straight away I felt a little annoyed as we didn’t need the full service facilities available, the location was for medical reasons. The people in the touring van next to us sounded like they were doing full internal renovations to their van layout when they returned from their day out, and the same again at 7am the next day. We stayed for just one night. I explained to the host we were leaving, and the reasons why. No offer of a refund for the second night, no apologies, nothing ….. we will NOT be returning, which is a shame as the location was ok, the site was clean, the pitches are weed-free.
