What customers say
Pwllyn Farm is a highly recommended, adults-only campsite in a beautiful rural setting with stunning views of the Brecon Beacons. Visitors praise the spacious, well-maintained pitches, excellent and clean facilities, and the communal barn which offers cooking, relaxing, and information resources. The honesty shop and friendly hosts are also highlighted. While some mention occasional queues for showers during busy periods, the overall experience is overwhelmingly positive, with many planning repeat visits.

This is my third season staying…
Non-electric grass tent or motorhome pitch
Liked This is my third season staying at Pwllyn Farm (my 11th or 12th stay). It is like ‘coming home’, a special place indeed. It is so much more than just a well run campsite in a glorious setting. The meadows are soft and beautiful, the many birds are full of joy, the harmony with nature and the connection with the past are palpable. Stroll into the ancient woodland, in the evening, where the veil with our forefathers is gossamer thin, watch the sun rise across the misty meadow, or set in a sky that never ends, this place is bewitching. We are privileged that Theresa and Ian work hard to allow us a few months of the year to enjoy the splendour of this delightful corner of the Brecon Beacons.

A large campsite with stunning views
Non-electric grass tent or motorhome pitch
Liked A large campsite with spacious pitches that genuinely give you a sense of privacy. The surrounding scenery is stunning, with beautiful views of mountains and forests. Everything is very clean, well-maintained, and picturesque. It's truly a wonderful place, and I'll definitely be coming back here again.
Disliked Honestly, I didn't find anything about the campsite that I disliked. The only thing I'd mention is that anyone staying there should make sure their fire pit is completely cleaned out and free of charcoal before they leave.

Stunning but needs more showers
Non-electric grass tent or motorhome pitch
Liked The stunning location overlooking Pen-Y-Fan, the meadows and communal cooking area.
The honesty shop and fridge for storage were great.
Great location nr Pen-Y-Fan and Brecon.
Disliked The lack of showers. Only two on site. As the place got busier so did the queue for the showers.

Lovely space, very peaceful we would definitely visit again
Non-electric grass tent or motorhome pitch
Liked The area was very peaceful and plenty of room you’re not on top of each other and the owner was very friendly/informative on arrival. The site itself was very clean no rubbish around, fire pits are available too! We didn’t need to use the on site shop but they had all the essentials.
Disliked There’s only two shower rooms (which inc a toilet) and three single toilets, at peak times there were queues and on one of the days we were there two of the single toilets was out of toilet roll for hours which again lead to queues.
