Liked Chris was very friendly and helpful, lovely site next to a river, easy access and level pitches, new toilet block and showers. 10 minute drive to Machynlleth with a large car park suitable for motorhomes,just past the Co op , will definitely be back to visit our family in the next village

Disliked My wife is disabled but was not able to use the shower easily as is stops every 20 seconds,even in the disabled toilet, Chris is aware of this but that was our only complaint, everything else was full marks

Liked Everything was perfect. Great views level pitches. Spoke to the owner and manager both great people. We actually did a last minute upgrade to electric grass when we arrived and it was no issue with them. Toilets/ shower block absolutely spotless

Disliked Not a dislike but my only opinion would be when busy may need an extra few toilet only cubicles. But was fine otherwise.

Liked Fantastic friendly welcome to a beautifully laid out site. The facilities were exquisite. Such. A picturesque spot by the river. Looking forward to returning.

Liked This is a truly exceptional site, offering a serene and tranquil atmosphere, save for the occasional lively discussions among the sheep regarding their companions, a phenomenon I find endlessly fascinating. A river runs alongside the site, providing a delightful setting for leisurely strolls or paddling. The facilities are of an excellent standard, being exceptionally clean, modern, and well-maintained, a characteristic not always found in such locations. The site manager was the most welcoming individual I have had the pleasure of encountering, always taking the time to converse and ensuring our stay was as comfortable as possible, attending to our every need. He is a genuinely lovely person and a valuable asset to the site. I wholeheartedly intend to return and would highly recommend this site to others.

Disliked My only suggestion, and I am being quite particular, would be to improve access to the river. While it was manageable for me, my elderly dog had some difficulty, and the water access was essential for cooling off in the heat. However, aside from that, it was a wonderful stay.

Liked The facilities were excellent, the shower and washing facilities were clean and was like a huge bathroom for each person. The pitches were very flat no need for blocks.
The site manager was very friendly helping out others who needed it.
Fantastic views the river flowing through the bottom field was great to sit by. It was so relaxing

Liked Absolutely lovely campsite. Super clean and smart facilities. Fabulous view. We will be back again. Everyone friendly and helpful during our stay .

Liked Idyllic riverside location. Chris was so welcoming on our arrival. The facilities are immaculate. We enjoyed paddling on our boards on the river. Thank you for a lovely half term break.

Liked Such a beautiful and clean site, with Chris the site manager on hand and super friendly. The toilet and shower blocks are so clean, the best we’ve come across yet. Would definitely return.
