A really lovely site. Owners were so helpful and polite.
Electric grass pitch
Liked Loved the kids park, an excellent safe area for them to play in. Toilet block was always very clean. Proximity to the seafront is brilliant.
Disliked Not sure why the toilets are cleaned 5-6pm. That didn’t really work for our family.
I also think that the site would benefit from a small shop onsite selling basics/more vending machines available all the time featuring some basic toiletries too would have been good.
All other campsites we’ve been to have free WiFi which we find useful for the older kids. It seemed strange that this was an additional cost.

Excellent experience
Partial Sea View fully-serviced hardstanding touring pitch
Liked Easy check-in, lovely welcome, friendly staff and helpful with any problems you may have. Site very clean and showers are amazingly clean. Everything you need is there, washing up facilities, laundry, coffee tea soup machine. Will be visiting again next summer. Easy walk to beach very flat.

Beautiful, clean campsite, perfect as a base for a family holiday.
Electric grass pitch
Liked Staff were really friendly. play park is amazing for kids. Toilets and shower block were the cleanest i have ever seen! Very close to pebble beach and beautiful views. Vending machine on site selling crisps/ chocolate/ drinks, very reasonably
priced. Pitches were large and well spaced.
Disliked Only thing to improve it would be an onsite shop of some sort! A little farm shop just selling bread/milk/ eggs( although eggs are available from reception) maybe some fresh produce and camping essentials that people might have forgotten would go down a treat!

Shane the person overseeing the campsite…
Non-electric grass pitch
Liked Shane the person overseeing the campsite when we arrived was so lovely. We’d been walking the coastal trail all day and he gave us lots of details like emergency phone numbers for the area if we got in trouble, told us what kind of wildlife and terrain we’d expect from the next section. Everything was clean, fantastic facilities, the sunset was phenomenal and we were right next to the sea. Amazingly quiet for a busy campsite.

Non-electric grass pitch
Liked Beautiful site, stunning views, right on the beach, amenities were excellent, fantastic location.
All staff were very friendly
The Woodford pizza van coming to the site one night was an excellent addition to our stay
Disliked There wasn't anything we disliked at all.
Heads up to future campers, take robust tent pegs, ground is very hard in places/rocky and lots of bent tent pegs.
