- Facilities/activities including access to the swimming pool, spa, sauna and entertainment are subject to extra charges payable on arrival.
- Commercial vehicles (vehicles used for work-related purposes, carrying goods or fare-paying passengers) and sign-written vehicles are not permitted on site.
- Reception is unmanned after 5 p.m.. Please inform the site while on your way there should you expect to arrive after this time, so that the team can provide information about your unit/pitch.
- Swimming in the lake is not allowed.
- The sauna and steam room are currently closed.

Disliked Not a single hook in the bathrooms, no shelf, nothing except the area around the wash basin which was soaking wet.
Filling the van with fresh water meant blocking the driveway.
No complaints about the noise from children playing as it's a family site, and always nice to see children outside in the sunshine, but it went on until after 11pm!

Liked Was on a grass pitch which was ok. The toilet and shower block were better than the reviews that had been put on.
Disliked It’s not a dislike but no one knew how to park on pitch, some parked with post to the left some to the right and others to the centre so the spaces varied. A plan should be put in the reception
