Fully-serviced gravel and hardstanding touring pitch

Liked Welcome arrival from Duncan and guided to our pitch, more so as the rain was torrential! Lovely views and quiet location. Easy and safe walking access to the village. Toilet/showers spotless. Relaxed atmosphere and no rush to make you leave at the exit time.

Recommend to friends Visit again

From the manager: Hi Carol , Did get a bit wet when you arrived however got you on to pitch and connected up . Glad that you found everything satisfactory and managed a stroll down to the village .

Electric grass touring pitch

Liked Lovely and quiet as adult only.
Very clean and well maintained.
Take away available on weekends - although I didn’t have any.
Short walk into centre of the village.
Beautiful surrounds.
Dog poo bin provided and dog walk area signposted.
The Bowhouse farmer’s/artists market not too far away is well worth a visit too. It has eateries and beverages which looked amazing.
Thoroughly lovely owner Duncan who was extremely helpful.

Disliked Only 1 shower for females for quite a large site.
Further away field could do with an additional toilet.

Recommend to friends Visit again

From the manager: Hi Jenni , Lovely feedback and great that you have commented on the East Neuk and what it has to offer our visitors . Sorry that I failed to point out the extra shower facility available to ladies in addition to shower in toilet ! However glad that you enjoyed your stay with us .
Regards Duncan

Local attractions

So, St Andrews (20 minutes’ drive) has caught your eye, but where will you descend upon first? Golf games don’t get much more historic than the Old Course (20 minutes) and those of you who are fully into your golfing lifestyle might want to peep into the golf museum in the town. Perhaps Craigtoun Country Park (20 minutes) might be your cup of tea, especially for picnics, playgrounds and walking trails. And how about somewhere a little more remote? The walking trails at Lomond Hills Regional Park (35 minutes) or Loch Leven (50 minutes) are a good shout for relaxation. You’ll get to go wildlife spotting at the same time, especially since Loch Leven is a nature reserve (and many of the trails are cycle-friendly so you can cover plenty of ground). Scotland’s Secret Bunker (15 minutes) is certainly pretty underground, in the literal sense too, as this Cold War bunker has been turned into a museum. And for another historic hidey hole, you'll want to head to Kellie Castle (15 minutes) for its arts and crafts garden and exhibitions.
