Hampsley Hollow is located in the beautiful Wiltshire downs, on the outskirts of Heddington village. The campsite is located at a horse riding stables and possesses immediate access to footpaths,
bridleways and trails.
Our NEW BOUTIQUE SOULPADS will bring luxury and comfort to the most reluctant campers and we will endevour to supply your needs!
If you prefer to 'keep it real' bring your own tent and enjoy the beautiful location.
The campsite currently offers basic facillities and would be suitable for adventurous folk that wish to pedal, hack and hike the glorious Wiltshire downs. Due to the rural location, there is plentiful wildlife to watch and woodlands to be explored.

Many sites set a maximum occupancy of 6/8 people per pitch, so try breaking your booking down into smaller groups to generate more results. For example, if you’re a group of 10, enter 5 people in your initial search and then book 2 pitches.
However, where the pitch or accommodation occupancy allows it, you can now make a booking for up to 30 adults and 30 children on one pitch.
To book multiple pitches or accommodation, use the 'Special requests' box on the booking page to ask to be sited together. Complete the booking form for the first booking (you can add a password and save your card so that we remember your details). Then click "Make another booking like this" at the top of the confirmation page to make the next booking.

From A4 Calne, Follow signs for Heddington. After 2.5 miles turn left onto Hampsley Road (before the Ivy Inn Pub). At the fork in the road turn left and turn left again. Follow the road for 1 mile to the very end. You will then arrive at Hampsley Hollow.
Drive through the pillars and follow the track around to the right, bear left and you will arrive in the campsite car park.
Many of Wiltshires famous landmarks and attractions are within reach by hike, bike or hack, such as, Cherhill White Horse and Monument, Avebury Stones, Stonehenge, Lacock, Bowood House and Gardens, Bath, and the Caen Hill Locks of the Avon and Kennett Canal.
However on the very doorstep of Hampsley Hollow, lies the picturesque village of Heddington, Kingsplay Hill, Roundway downs, Morgans Hill Nature Reserve and The Ivy Inn.
