Liked: Beautiful location for an attractive site that's very well maintained throughout. Wardens were friendly throughout and very helpful on both arrival and departure. All the facilities were impeccably clean and lawns kept pristine. Outstanding restaurant / pub next to the site complete with nice outdoor gardens. Nice and quiet relaxing site to enjoy yourselves. Countryside nearby is simply stunning and we'll be returning next year.
Disliked: Only weakness was the very poor WiFi but the TV signal was good. I didn't come to watch TV so it's really irrelevant. Note the phone signal is one bar at best.

Liked: We stayed here for 2 nights in May 2024 and from the time of booking to the time we left Karen and Rob were the absolute definition of the perfect hosts. From helping us get the right pitch, to the phone call to ensure we weren't lost in the local roads, the friendly welcome, the help in getting settled and the loan of some ramps, right through to a quick guide of the local area, the super clean and delightful campsite itself, Karen and Rob made the weekend for us. I guarantee you won't meet a friendlier and more helpful duo at a campsite anywhere.
Disliked: Nothing.

Liked: Everything was pretty much perfect! Excellent wardens, nice welcome and nothing was too much trouble. Good sized gravel pitches, large enough to pitch our camper van awning, plus a grass area to sit out on. Very good wifi. Good showers, very clean throughout. Lovely view from back field pitches. Excellent pub/restaurant at end of site driveway. Great location for exploring Exmoor.
