Phippins Farm is a seventeenth century, non-working farm near the small village of East Huntspill on the edge of the Somerset Levels. The site offers a quiet and peaceful base for touring this part of Somerset and the West Country.
The orchard site lies behind the farm house on the south bank of the River Brue. It is level and well-drained.
You can fish for bream, chub and perch: the charge to fish is £1.50 a day. You need a licence and your own fishing equipment.
Our showers cost 20p for two minutes.
The village stores and public houses are within easy walking/cycling distance via the country roads or footpaths.

SHOWERS - With respect to showers;-
Charging more for the pitch to cover the cost of free showers would mean overcharging those who prefer to shower free in their caravans.
