Non-electric grass tent pitch
Liked So peaceful, very pretty site, lots of trees and a lovely stream, lots of wildlife. Very flat camping field and nice ground, not stony so pegs went in easy! Toilet/shower/washing up block exteemely clean. Small enough that they're children could explore safely but big enough to be far away from other campers. Easy entry with the keypad. Shame you can hear the road and train, but not intrusive at all, hardly noticed it. Loved it here, would come again!

Woukd go back if in the area again.
Electric optional hardstanding and grass touring pitch
Liked Quaint wee site. Not too many pitches so quiet and relaxed. Good location for what we wanted to do in the area.
Basic, but good facilities.
Disliked Nothing... other than the spider in the corner of the washup area. But to be fair, it kept to itself so not really an issue, lol.

A place for quality time together
Electric optional hardstanding and grass touring pitch
Liked We recently enjoyed a wonderful weekend here with three generations of our family and it was the perfect place to spend quality time together. The campsite is set in beautiful surroundings, with mature trees, a gently meandering stream and spacious pitches that never felt crowded. The small play area was ideal for the children, who quickly made new friends while we relaxed.
Disliked The only disappointment was the evening noise from passing trucks and trains, which took away some of the peaceful atmosphere. Despite that, it’s a lovely family-friendly campsite in a beautiful setting that we’d happily visit again.

Electric optional hardstanding and grass touring pitch
Liked Really lovely site, well maintained and cared for. Loads of space. The camping area looked lovely. Not many other campers, but those we met were super friendly. We really enjoyed our stay. Close to Frome, great to visit local spots.
Disliked Yes, there is a busy road close by and train tracks, but we didn’t really notice these in the evening.
