Liked I liked the location, being easily accessible, and not too far off the M5 motorway. Personally I found the site to be peaceful and a good base for trips out which is what I used it for. It is located directly behind the Rodney Stoke Inn and access is through the pub car park which seemed to work fine. So if you a drink the pub is on your doorstep.
Disliked The hardstandings are mostly fairly unkempt, and could do with some fresh pebble and weeding out. They are only a caravan width, so an awning will definitely be over the grass. The only problem with that is that the soil is quite claggy and clay like, so I ended up not putting my awning out. I think the soil type may be why you are not allowed to park your car next to your unit, and that it must be parked at the bottom of the pub car park. Cars would probably chew up the grass very quickly. (Granted I stayed in October.)
There is a very recent shower/toilet block which is clean, new and heated. The showers however had a weak flow on them and were not that warm. I ended up using my caravan shower which was better. The only other niggle was the weird rule that you are not expected to wear outside shoes within the shower/toilet block. This seemed over the top, but to be fair, did not seem to be enforced and the site warden seemed to walk in and out in his boots. It was however plainly stated on the list of rules handed to you on checking in.

Liked Lovely quiet relaxing camp site. Located right next to a lovely pub that we enjoyed a meal at. Toilet block all looked brand new and was very nice and well kept. We had a great time. Well located with a short drive to cheddar
Disliked Shower pressure is terrible. Slightly expensive for a simple campsite

Fantastic small tranquil clean site, with friendly staff
Electric hardstanding touring pitch
Liked Absolutely gorgeous little site. Quiet . Clean facilities. Tom is very helpful. Bus stops not far from the site.
Dog friendly.
Lots of local walks but make sure that you have an os map. Somerset isn’t so good on signage and a lot of the walking routes ended abruptly on fast B roads without pavements .
Fantastic food and ambience at the nearby pub with friendly staff.
Disliked Nothing at all site wise, except it took us a while to find a manhole cover to empty the waste water container. ( Behind the shower block in the grass.)My partner was originally lifting it to tip into the Elsan point.
We will go back.
We could have explored the area much more easily with a car. The busses are two hourly and finish early around 7 pm.
