Liked: Owner was fabulous, knew the area, really helpful. The animals were lovely to see and kids enjoyed them. Premises of the campsite was great, it was basic, exactly as stated. Clean facilities. A few more signs would be helpful eg drinking water, washing up area
Disliked: Not sure rural describes it well, it's in a small housing estate. However, we didn't realise there was a working quarry very close, it was active early hours of the morning on the Saturday but luckily not the Sunday!! We were kept awake but the family next to us didn't hear it!!

Liked: The location and setup were great, easy check-in and friendly staff.
Disliked: The area where you could get fresh water (side of the toilets) could be improved as the soil gets overflooded and the tiles started flapping, splashing with mud as you stepped on them.

Liked: Everything! Location is brilliant for Portland and Weymouth, lovely walks in the area, shops and takeaways local(if needed) helpful, friendly hosts, pitch, size of pitch, space on site, ice cream van(came in evening), farm animals, clean toilet block, relaxed atmosphere, amazing price, no frills, but doesn't take anything away from how good this site is, site is clean and tidy, well looked after. Will be using again
Disliked: Nothing, nothing to dislike

Liked: Location was good to visit Portland and Weymouth attractions. Nice to be able to hire fire pit :)
Disliked: One toilet in the field next to us with no toilet rolls. Would be useful to have more toilets and better facilities with taps. Very very basic.

From the manager: There is a HUGE toilet block in middle field, Portloos were just an added extra.
Really nice, would go again with group
