Liked: Staff were helpful, the toilet and shower block was clean, the location was convenient for visiting Swanage and the surrounds.
Disliked: No Wi-Fi was a little disappointing. The campsite felt a little down-at-heel compared to others we’ve stayed at. Probably not enough shower/toilet facilities for the size of the campsite. We were staying mid-week so it was quieter and not a problem.

Liked: Location was fantastic! Only a 40min walk into Swanage. Not the height of the season, but site was quite quiet. Baby foal was gorgeous! 😍 Hit the showers early, so nice a clean. Shower was powerful.
Disliked: Bar could do with updating. Really lovely that the only pool table is free. (though did mean people hog it!) Being propped up on books maybe not!

Liked: Nice weather
Disliked: Inadequate facilities for the size of the place. One shower and toilet block for all the campers and toured to use. Resulting in having to walk a fair distance to use, also join a queue. Shower and toilets block messy with door locks missing. Site seems neglected, grass not mown, seems to need an extensive programme of maintenance. Especially at the price they charge

Liked: Convenience of location. Nice easy 20 minute walk into Swanage. Generally good shower/washing up facilities
Disliked: Noisy caravan near us playing loud music from 11pm through to early hours. Tent pitches get very boggy in wet weather.

Liked: Campsite was lovely. Brilliant if you have a couple of families staying together. Toilet facilities were kept clean at all times. Campsite staff were amazing at giving you help when you needed it. Being able to have a campfire under the stars was the best bit.

Liked: Location to Swanage although down a very muddy path.
Disliked: The site is the worst we have ever stayed in! The whole site is very unkempt, weeds all over the pitches. The toilets and shower blocks are a disgrace! Holes in the Formica in the shower blocks, dirty, no hand towels for the whole duration of our 4 night stay! No hand soap in the dispensers. On arrival you are given a map with no information on, just pitch numbers! We paid £40 a night to pitch our caravan on a very uneven gravel pitch with water and electric and nothing else. We would strongly advise avoid this site at all cost unless it has a drastic makeover.
