What customers say
Penn Farm offers a peaceful, spacious camping experience with beautiful countryside views. Visitors praise the friendly and helpful owners, clean facilities, and the option to choose their own pitch. The site is well-located for exploring the Lyme Regis area. While basic, amenities like charging points and a communal fridge are appreciated. Some minor road noise and the availability of facilities during peak times are noted, but overall feedback is highly positive.

Liked Loved the simplicity of this site. Yes it’s basic but that’s all know before arrival. The field is kept in good condition and the facilities were kept clean. The view was great with really large spaces , added bonus was the picnic benches. It was so quiet and so much space for the kids to play ball games. It’s walking distance to Lyme but does take an hour. The best bit for us was that there was no light pollution so star gazing at night was really spectacular.
Disliked A very simple thing that would make things so much easier when using the facilities, please add some shelves and some hooks so there is somewhere to put your bags and wash items other than the floor. Other than that I can’t think of anything we will definitely be back.

Definitely worth a visit. One of the best campsites I have stayed at
Non-electric grass pitch
Liked Great location near lots of nice places and beaches. Camp site was great. Really big spacious pitches. People were not crammed in. Views were fantastic. Very quiet, which is what we like. Clean shower and toilets. Never had to que for shower. Has a freezer and charging facilities. Owner was also very nice and made you feel at peace and was happy to help if you needed. My phone also had a decent signal. I booked the week before I went, I felt lucky to have got a spot here. I would definitely go back again. Highly recommend.

Liked A truly relaxing experience, so much space and such a tranquil place to stay, we really enjoyed it and hoping to come back for more days. Nigel welcomed us with all info and we also enjoyed borrowing a fire pit and wood for a proper starry night with corn on the cob!

Non-electric grass pitch
Liked The campsite itself is well maintained, small with lots of space between pitches. Facilities were good and well maintained. The owner was really helpful and friendly, they offer wood for £10 a bag. Nice views and loved the cricket sounds from the long grass.
Disliked For me personally, it was too close to the road and it took away from the peaceful nature of the campsite as I could hear the road noise quite clearly. This might not bother other people but it's the only reason I wouldn't stay again.
