What customers say
This is a well-loved, eco-friendly campsite praised for its friendly and welcoming owner, beautiful rural setting, and cute farm animals (alpacas and goats). Guests appreciate the cosy facilities, including a shared indoor seating area, and its convenient proximity to Weymouth and the coast. Some minor points were raised regarding toilet facilities, particularly when busy, and the spacing of pitches, although the owner has addressed issues such as slamming portaloos.

Some great elements, just worth fixing the sanitary items!
Non-electric grass tent pitch
Liked Lovely staff, sweet environment and our toddler loved the goats!
Fridge and power in cute day room were a lovely touch.
Disliked Toilets definitely need improvement, a choice between a composting loo and some (fairly revolting) builders porta-potties is completely inappropriate for children, and not great for adults either, definitely undermined the enjoyment of the trip.
Also consider a new nozzle for the shower - exactly the wrong angle, un-adjustable and odd diffuse sprinkler nozzle -> made our toddler scream the first time and me jump when it hit us in the eyes!

Liked We really liked the hospitality from the owner, the easiness in last minute booking. The place is really cozy, people (other guests) were really nice. Also the shed was nice, with places to sit
Disliked The Dixies (toilets) smelled a bit and the sink/ water tap were a little shady, but they worked...
