What customers say
Pilsdon View is a highly recommended, family-friendly campsite renowned for its exceptionally welcoming and helpful hosts, April and Terry. Visitors consistently praise the clean, well-maintained facilities, including warm showers and flushing toilets. The spacious pitches, peaceful atmosphere, and on-site food van are frequently highlighted. Children particularly enjoy the play areas, tyre swing, and the provision of outdoor games. While the narrow approach lanes can be challenging for larger vehicles, the overall experience is overwhelmingly positive, with many guests expressing a strong desire to return.

Amaryllis yurt
Liked Another wonderful stay at Pilsdon View. Terry and April are fantastic hosts and even responded to my concern at 01:30!
The yurt was clean and had everything we needed for our weekend stay.
The sun was out and it was a scorching weekend- Terry put a large sprinkler on for the kids.
The Jurassic Pork food truck had a great selection of meals and really reasonably priced- we had two kids meals and two adult burgers.
The toilets are clean and the showers nice and hot.
We can’t wait to go back.

So relaxing and restful...just the ticket.
Bell tent
Liked I received such a lovely welcome and knew I'd made the right decision to up sticks from another site (that was so busy I wasn't enjoying it).
Found a little corner of calm and enjoyed the amazing wild life, friendly faces of the staff daily with a greeting and a chat, and easy popping into town/ locally for the beach! for big supermarket supplies, farm shops, cider farms and other pottering.
There's plenty of space, most spots have shade for a decent part of the day, the showers are not timed and are lovely and hot, and there is a really good food truck on site. Homemade burgers and breakfasts are especially recommended :)
Many thanks again to the Managers and staff for making the place feels so welcoming.
Disliked I'm struggling to think of anything - oh- having to leave and go back to urban life!
