Liked: The most amazing scenery can be seen at night, well worth the stay just for that. Super friendly host that made you feel so welcome. Excellent base for seeing the sites around the area. Hartland Quay was staggering, and Bude Beaches is a must. Dog friendly beaches when we visited and they enjoyed running free on the sandy beach. Good facilities on site, based in a lovely village so near to local amenities. Everyone raved about the local pub for food. Campsite is very close to a business which does make some background noise, but not at the weekends or evening. Even with this, the site is so peaceful and relaxing. Just wonderful to sit outside, take a deep breath and soak in the calming landscape. Brilliant for dogs! There is no wi fi, but the 4G is super fast and we had no loss of internet for our whole stay.

Liked: Becca and Rob are total lifesavers! When our gas supply went on strike, they swooped in with hot coffee and a solution faster than you can say "breakfast emergency!" Field 4 was our cozy haven, offering that true 'wild camping' vibe. With a mesmerizing sea view and just a couple of fellow campers in sight, tranquility was practically guaranteed. Let's talk facilities: toasty showers, spotless toilets, and an outdoor washing-up setup that's practically a spa day for your dishes. What more could a happy camper ask for? While I can't vouch for the electric pitches or other fields, Becca and Rob's warmth and helpfulness make me confident that any hiccup will be swiftly sorted with a side of smiles. Count me in for a return trip— Massive thanks for the fantastic stay :) Harry

Liked: Becca and Robin were so lovely and helpful and couldn't do enough for us. The campsite was quiet and friendly, the toilets and showers were super clean and the shower was amazing, better than mine at home! Fabulous pub within 5 minutes walk, also with super friendly staff. Amazing place to stay, thank you Becca!
Disliked: Nothing to fault accept the wind and rain but can only blame storm Kathleen for that!!!

Liked: The booking was quick and easy. Very friendly helpful hosts. Well set out and peaceful site. Facilities were lovely and clean with great showers. May get a queue at busier times.
Disliked: Wasn't anything to dislike really only a suggestion that a bin by the washing up sinks to pop food waste in,to save it being washed down the sink.

Liked: This was our maiden voyage and all we can say is thank goodness for Becca. She made sure we pitched up level by lending us levellers, lent us a hook up extension but most of all became a plumber when our hot water pipe came loose. Gave us great advice where to walk the dog all in all a superb host.
