Friendly staff, level pitches and clean and tidy. 31/07/2017

  • Liked:

Site was very quiet. Owners very friendly and accommodating. Caravan we stayed in was clean and well presented but not new, with obvious signs of ware and tare.
Camp site was well quipped with many electric hook ups for campers and caravans. Very clean toilet blocks plus all the basics you would need to go camping.

    Disliked:

No obvious site shop, that we could see so had to travel daily for basics, site laundrette not open or apparently serviceable... On site residential pitches with permanent residence living on site in very worn out and tatty caravans. Did not bother us, however, but may be a problem for other users..

The site is nicely located in quiet rural area, the owners and their children were very helpful, the static caravan we stayed in was spotless and spacious, lots of space to walk around the site with our springer spaniel. There a loads of shops about 20 mins away and just beyond that on the coastal road there are plenty of beaches, the one we visited most days was whitesand bay black rock beach which is dog friendly,it has a nice cafe/shop also clean toilets.we will be going back to noteworthy farm next year only it will be for two weeks this time. The wifi is a bit hit and miss but it is free after all ,I didn't have a problem with it.You can travel out either way ,Devon or Cornwall,we did both .Bideford is a lovely place to visit as is bude which is on the doorstep .overall we had a really nice week and great weather.if you just want to take a tent to noteworthy all the facilities are there.

    Disliked:

From the manager...

We are sorry you were not happy with the heating, but we could not get out a qualified heating engineer out during your stay,
We did give you extra duvet and there are fan heaters in every room.
We do say that WiFi is Limited as we are in a rural Devon location that is why we offer it Free.
