What customers say

This is a new, highly-rated site offering immaculate, modern facilities and stunning countryside views. Pitches are generously sized, often with water and EV charging. Its location near Dartmouth is a significant draw, with a convenient bus stop on-site. While some mention it's not the cheapest, guests consistently praise the cleanliness, friendly and helpful staff, and overall tranquil atmosphere, with many planning to return. Minor points include a desire for more information signage and a wish for longer shower times.

Liked If your looking for peace and quiet this is a gem the place is amazing and the facility hise is sublime amazing. Bus stop right outside gate gives you chance to travel where you want

Disliked Not really a dislike but maybe washing up area could do with bit more cover open yo elements and maybe a hook on toilet door for a coat and a shelf in shower just to put you wash stuff on but like I say not a dislike just an observation

Electric optional grass pitch

Liked The pitches are level , it's all new as is about 20 weeks old ( so bearing that in mind)
Huge wash room and toilets facilities.

It has electric pointed for your cars on each. Supply pitch .
Good dog exercise field with dog poo bin

Disliked The toilets have music on to loud! Already mentioned to them !
When we arrived we weren't met on the pitch to tell us about the site and where the grey waste had to go.

No laundry facility,
The shower was spraying too far out and needs a shower head that points right down .
And had to press the water button on felt like every 30 seconds to keep the water on.
So a few adjustments to be made but generally 4/5 for everything.
The pitch fees are too expensive for per night .

Electric optional grass and gravel pitch

Liked Wonderful location, excellent facilities, generous pitches. Honestly loved it.

Easy to grab a taxi to and from Dartmouth for about £9 each way if you didn’t want to drive to dinner, and the cost was really reasonable - especially if you offset the parking fees and think about it per head vs. Bus.

Disliked It would be great if the bus route went past the gate - but that’s only a small thing really.

Electric optional grass and gravel pitch

Liked It’s a new site, I believe this year 2025.. All the bathroom facilities are lovely and brand new. The gravel and grass double pitches seem to be level and are generously sized. Nice soft loo paper too!
The free WiFi is solid and reliable, it looks like a star link system. The site is not huge, about 25 pitches I think. It is right next door to another site.
Has a black water service point, but not clear if that’s also the grey water as well. It’s a couple miles outside Dartmouth, so only a 10 minute drive. You pass a big Sainsbo and Lidl as you go into town.

Disliked Optional Electric fixed price seemed a bit on the expensive side. Would have preferred a metering option, as our usage is low but necessary.
