Liked It was are very first time staying at the camp site. The facility were very good and the toilets and shower rooms where very clean and tidy. The washing up stations where very good .There where bins to put all your rubbish in and recycling everything else. There was even a cosey room with sofa and lots of electricity sockets to charge up phones and I have hearing aids and the charging points really helped there was even a freezer to freeze your ice packs.

Non-electric grass tent or trailer tent pitch
Liked Lovely remote spot with fabulous views. Good loos, showers, washing up spot, even freezers for re-freezing ice-packs. Having a big bucket of logs, kindling, fire lighters and matches delivered to the pitch, plus the young chap who does it finding us an old wheel rim to elevate our fire pit - made the whole trip divine. Sitting around a gorgeous campfire, watching the sun set over the sea. Highly recommend taking a portable firepit and ordering a bucket of logs!
Really lovely, helpful, kind, yet very unobtrusive site staff. There when you need something, but otherwise left to our own devices in peace and quiet.
Disliked Bit confused as to what to do/where to go when we arrived - though we were quite late. Fortunately a chap saw us looking a bit confuddled and came across to explain what we needed to know. But it was such a lovely experience overall, I guess we're just very out of practice at being so relaxed!

Amazing
Non-electric grass motorhome pitch
Liked We stayed in the 3rd field as the other two were busy. For us the field was perfect but no amenities on it. The other two fields have lovely showers and toilets. It’s a well kept site in a beautiful area with an amazing family running it. Nothing is too much trouble. The views are to die for with fantastic sunsets at night. Be aware it’s on a hill so chocks are needed. Down the road is Combe Martin with its lovely village a small beach full of rock pools. Ideal for walkers too.Perfect location to discover Devon. We will definitely be back.
