After an old-world, back-to-basics Cornwall family holiday with just a few frills? Step forward Sunny View Camping, a pop-up site new for 2025 with well-maintained simple pitches, a spotless shared shower block and friendly hosts who can serve you a slap-up breakfast (for a small extra charge if you order ahead).
At 10 minutes’ drive from the cafés, pubs and shops of St Austell, the site is on a working farm; you can look forward to being woken by the resident cockerel first thing in the morning, and there are fresh hens' eggs to be snapped up daily. A picnic table in the neatly landscaped grounds dotted with palm trees is just the spot for soaking up countryside views that stretch to the sea.
From this peaceful site, there are beaches galore and family attractions like the Eden Project within 15 minutes’ drive, making Sunny View Camping a handy base for adventures with the kids, your other half or just your good self…
